You can only prove what you know happened, the victim was far stronger clearly evident from the distance of the push. Look at it as a learning moment for all that witness this, don't lay your hands on a person because you never know how they will defend against it

I don't know if he was handicapped but he was known for shouting at people that took those spaces without a permit. Odd because there were plenty of vacant places actually closer to the door. None of us were there so intent will not be proven in this thread. The aggressor who has now assumed room temperature certainly overacted, followed by another overreaction by the shooter. Who said he should take an ass beating? He pulled his gun. The "ass beating" consisted of only a shove. Drejka neutralized the situation when he pulled his gun.
