Take it up with the SCOTUS, they have interpreted the law the same for a very long time.
Most nations are doing a financial penalty only in social areas, so if you are in the park or hiking there is no mandate.
Going into a store or place with others — wear a mask.

It's all about messaging at this point and they're on message right now.... (Kamala Harris makes my skin crawl btw but atleast shes smart enough to pick a message and not be wishy washy like a fella I know on the whole mask thing)

 

Most polls were within the MOE and she did win on the useless metric they were tracking on — which was national popular vote. That you cannot understand them doesn’t mean they are incorrect.
trump won by less than 80000 votes (less than 1% in three states)

 

He can make the suggestion all he likes but this falls under State authority, not Federal.

I'm taking it up with HIM and those who support him, where does the Constitution give the power to the President to mandate everyone wear a mask and what is the enforcement mechanism. If this is the plan he is running on to show he has more leadership and better solutions he's gonna have to do a LOT better than state something for which he has no authority and then run off the stage refusing to take questions about it.
The clear message now from the Trump task force is wear a mask, Biden is suggestion nothing different that he can actually do. And Harris's ABSURD and stupid demand that Trump tell us RIGHT NOW when we we all get vaccinated is her once again stomping her feet with her absurd notions.
