Nah.. we aren't there yet. And I don't believe the court cases themselves will accomplish much yet other than to initiate the recounts necessary, and to have them scrutinize the ballots that are likely in question. But should we get to it, the 12th amendment is obviously not going for Biden....
They don't "know" it was stolen, they just choose to believe it was stolen, because that can't face reality.
The Dems cheated in a number of ways, but they made it difficult to track, which stands to reason - if you're going to commit a crime, you better have a getaway plan. In the critical swing states they stopped the count late at night to assess what they needed to do to flip the election. Trump was well ahead in WI, MI, PA, and GA. In specific, heavily Dem controlled counties, they dumped hundreds of thousands of mail in ballots into the system and Biden almost instantaneously went from 100's to 10's of thousands down, to thousands ahead. Because they had booted most of the Republican observers, and those that were in the rooms were kept at a distance, they weren't able to verify any of the ballots. In GA, they threw away the envelops with the signatures that the ballots came in, and then commingled the mail in ballots with the day-of ballots so there was no way to tell them apart. The 2nd big ticket cheat was in the form of the Dominion voting machines with the smartmatic software that was developed for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela. The purpose of which was to flip votes. This was outright caught 1 time flipping some 20,000 Trump votes to Biden, but the Trump team suspects that it happened on many machines throughout the country. The software is not secure and can be easily hacked and manipulated. Now, after the crime, the Dems control most of state courts where any challenges will be heard, and predictably the corrupt judges are throwing out Trump's suits daily. Most of those suits have to do with the denial of observation and other process shenanigans - most of these suits do not rise to the level of Federal involvement; so, it is reasonable to assume the Dems should be able to rearguard damage-control most of these challenges pretty effectively. Where the Dems could have problems is the suits that cite U.S. Constitution violations by allowing the mail-in ballots to begin with - most of which were never approved by the state legislatures, which would make all of those ballots illegal. How things play out with the Dominion side of things?? I don't know.
Name a few of these ways, and point at the evidence. The only actual instance of fraud I've seen was an instance of a Trump supporter trying to cast a vote on behalf of his dead mother. I'm dying to see what you have.
And now that judges have laughed all of those charges out of court, what other crackpot bullsht can you come up with?
And view the world through a MAGA hat stretched tightly over them. What I've never understood is how Trump got any votes at all. Given our election results these last two times it's always astonished me that we didn't fight on the other side in WWII
Mea culpa. I've corrected my error, below. Assertions are not evidence. You first have to establish there was fraud in each of these states, and then show that they executed it in this way. Dumped? In Pennsylvania, the Republican state legislature would not agree to allow counting ballots prior to election day. Trump discouraged mail-in ballots (except in Republican controlled states, like Florida), while Dems recommended it. This is a process complaint, not an allegation of fraud. Laws were followed. There were observers present, and the distance was at the discretion of the administrators. If even greater access is demanded, Republicans need to seek changes to the law...for next time. When observers were allowed to be within 6 feet, they didn't identify instances of fraud. Your position seems to be: assume fraud unless proven otherwise, contrary to our system of justice. You seem to be referring to this case. The evidence consisted of testimony of 2 observers who suspected this occurred in one county. 53 ballots were in question. Under oath, the two observers admitted they had no evidence the ballots came in late. No rigging of these machines has been identified. Some human errors were made, and people like you jumped to conclusions. See this. Trump's beliefs and suspicions do not constitute evidence. Assertion without evidence. It's sad that you are prejudiced against judges who are Democrats. Your bigotry does not constitute evidence of corruption. Further, their decisions can be appealed to the Supreme Court, which you should trust because Republican appointees outnumber Democrats 6-3. No actual "shenanigans" have been identified. Some human errors have been found, and lots of cases of jumping to conclusions. Trump has conditioned you guys to assume fraud unless categorically disproven. This is crazy, and it's un-American. Good luck with that. If this doesn't come to fruition (as I predict), I hope you will come to realize how wrong you are. Things already played out. The only problem this has identified is that Trump supporters start with the conclusion of fraud, and then are overly eager to find examples of it, so they jump to conclusions.
There was a red wave carried by Trump. The election, so far, has only been lost because of a few large cities like Philly where cheating is the norm. The left only listens to their false narratives and believes them. The right looks at actions and judges based on that.
Where's the evidence? How did they manage to do that when there were volunteers on both sides of the aisle? That's when they started counting mail-in ballots. Everyone predicted this would happen. Observers from both parties were allowed in. There was one location where they complained about being kept too far away, and that was corrected. Evidence? This has been thoroughly debunked already. Please stop believing everything you read on Twitter. Mail-in ballots are not unconstitutional. Where do you come up with this BS?
That is because no one. Not one single person in the US has been able to actually PROVE in any way shapy or form ANY illegal voter fraud. As far as I know, to date, onle ONE person has been indicted for voter fraud, and it was a Trump voter using his dead mothers absentee ballot to vote for Trump. So far, to date, the only proven voter fraud is on Trumps behalf.
Never corrected. The court ordered them to be 6 feet away so the counters were moved to tables further away. Some were only allowed into a room with poor camera feeds. The Smartmatic and Dominion issue has absolutely not been debunked and Powell has a witness to the design and operation of it. Please stop believing everything you hear from the fake news.
They absolutely have been debunked. Please do your homework. This Alex Jones bull **** is seriously the Republican mainstream now? What the ever-loving ****?
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that all laws were followed, and no one Trump's team has even denied this fact. If Republicans are dissatisfied with the observation process, they can seek to change the law for future elections, but the law in effect on election day is determinative. The fundamental error made by Trumpists is the background assumption that the vote counting should be assumed fraudulent unless proven honest. That's not the way our justice system works.
In the court cases where the evidence is presented. In the known facts that even democrats were worried about until Nov 4th, and the sworn affidavits
The reason is to watch the ballot counting, not the tops of heads and backs of laptops. Funny how democrats do not support election integrity.
