It is a living human being. Because if a law. Having a SSN does not define what is a human being. The vast majority of human beings who have existed never had a SSN# nor did the legislation which created the SSA create human beings. It's a matter of science why are you a science denier?

True. Most 3 year olds don't have SSN#s or driver's licenses. I think we would all agree that they are human beings.

It sees you as a human being who may qualify for a government program. You are a human being do you have a SSN? I didn't have on until I was 18 years old was I not a human being until then? It is a specious argument.
