Then why do you believe that the killer should be charged with murder in the same way that the killer would be charged with killing a born person?

Yes, which you have been incapable of stating your opinion on. What's the problem?

Why do you say that? Are you incapable of presenting an argument to support your assertion?

    So no personal opinion then.

    There is no need to.

..and it's really weird that you seem to need me to....very odd...a definite obsession.

When did I say the killer should be charged with murder in the same way the killer would be charged with killing a born person? I didn't.

Did you have a point? Just asking because you seldom seem to really have one...

Uh, did you even read his last post to me in which he doesn't present an argument?

You have said that you agree with the murder law applying to people who kill fetuses, right?

I have read many, many posts by him....HE has arguments and assertions and can back them up.....you seem to have nothing but silly nit-picking questions..

It seems apparent that when the several sovereign states constituted their union they didn't intend for it to be in charge of whether or not abortion would be a crime or not in their particular state. It also doesn't appear that they gave their general government any power to prevent a state from outlawing abortion.

Alright, then what should they be charged with if not murder?

He had no argument in his last post to me. That is clear to see.

One post (especially to you) is not indicative of whether or not he has arguments or assertations.

NONE of your posts contain arguments or statements of opinion or assertations....just off topic nit picky meaningless questions..with no point.

Did you know you are off topic?

Discussing the other poster is off topic and the UVVA is also off topic since this thread is about abortion and the UVVA has nothing to do with abortion...

Questions that put your opinions under scrutiny, is not nit picking!

"SCOTUS has decided which is fine with me." It seemed that you were saying that you simply agree with a SCOTUS decision just because it is SCOTUS. Is that not the case?

Well its happened before and it will happen again! You just aren't capable of responding to my scrutiny! You should probably just put me on ignore as that will be easier!

I do not use the ignore function, preferring instead to use my brain, and I am quite content with scrutiny but annoyed by childish ignorance. You tend to ask many questions that have already been answered, often in the very post you quote and that becomes annoying. Quite simply put, engaging with you is similar to dealing with a 4 yr. old sans the cuteness.

It really is very simply. Your personal opinion on abortion seems to have come from the Supreme Court's ruling and I called you on it. The fact that you are no longer able to respond is very telling. I wonder if you were also in agreement with SCOTUS in the Masterpiece cakeshop case. I suspect not.

Thanx for supplying verification of my point. This was the exchange:

    chris155au said:
Freedom of choice up until what point? Abortion at the point of birth?

You said that, "in my opinion a group of cells are incapable of "Doing" ANYTHING." Do you think that born people are capable of doing anything?
Wow....it would seem you actually are the limited intellect you seem rather than the troll I had assumed.

    tecoyah said:
As far as a cut off...the SCOTUS has decided which is fine with me as it is not my place or business and clearly a baby is capable of doing many things a cell is not.

That you seem to be confused by such a simple commentary indicates either limited neural function or purposeful ignorance.....either way it is annoying.

Sure, but you're not fine with everything that SCOTUS has decided, right?

So you don't "grasp the logic of protecting cells over people" but you do acknowledge that born people and cells are different, right?

You forgot the other part of my post ;) ""NONE of your posts contain arguments or statements of opinion or assertations""

Here's some more you 've "missed":

One post (especially to you) is not indicative of whether or not he has arguments or assertations.
