Well, looks like Obamacare is finally being seen as the farce it is. Not everyone will be able to keep their current health insurance, as promised. Additionally, your premiums, if you don't have pre-existing conditions, will likely go up... unlike the promised savings that Obama said you'd be getting.

Is it me, or did liberals just throw mom, dad, grandma and grandpa, in addition to little Jimmy, over the cliff? I hope Liberals are proud of themselves.

Sorry to say this but anywhere in law, literature, culture and especially with children using the word promise is a "red line", to use an Obamaism.

It is more than implying something, it is a definite commitment to do something, with NO wriggle room. when you say promise, you are putting the whole ball game on the line, people get sued for not keeping a promise and try too often in a marriage and you'll find yourself with a mortgage on a house you don't own.

"If you like your plan, you can keep it." Is damn specific and allows not one inch of wriggle room. He did not say "you can keep it until the insurance company says you can't have it"

Good - businesses should not have to buy insurance for their employees. You'd think Republicans would rejoice in empowering the individual to purchase their own insurance, freeing up more money for the employers.

 

It's a great incentive to attract higher quality employees. Why wouldn't an employer want a better class of employees?
