    Would you feel that about the right to a jury trial? Let Chicago determine if it's citizens had a right to a jury trial or not? Or how about let a state determine if it wants to allow gay marriage or not?

    We have millions of legal gun owners who should not be trusted with a butter knife let alone a gun.This is why we live in a perpetual warzone of about 100 shot and killed every day and another 200 or more wounded many of them women and children.

    Most people shot and killed aren't being shot and killed by legal gun owners. Most are being killed by people in the drug/crime business. There is no perpetual warzone unless you live in an area where gangs and drugs are allowed to prosper.
