This is all part of the deal. If he refuses, which he could, he may as well pack it up as a candidate. If he is stupid enough to testify, he will be done anyway. People can simply go back and read where Biden called for impeachment, if he refuses to do his part in the process, why would anyone take him seriously? How can he ask for impeachment then wuss out when asked to participate? He can't, not if he really wants to win a general election. Refusal would have the same result. Either way, a trial ends Biden as a legitimate candidate. A trial also poses great hardships on all the rest of the front runners. Hard to win Iowa when you spend your days in the impeachment trial. Anyone who skips had better renounce the impeachment, because failure to be there sends the message its not that important. Its bad news for the whole top half of your field. You asked for this nonsense, but you folks don't want to pay for it now.

You are wrong, the trial ends when Republicans want it to end. Which might just be after Super Tuesday, after they have manipulated the field to ensure whichever clown is still standing has no chance of winning in Nov. You folks started a dangerous game, and you didn't think it through to the end...

 

Believe me when I say that you have zero rational understanding on over-sampling. Democrats had 8.7% more votes in the House in 2018 and an even larger margin in the Senate in 2018. So anytime you look at a poll with a difference smaller than that, consider the fact that those polls could be under-sampling Democrats.

Similarly, there is zero rational basis for believing that Biden is going to testify.

You would be totally wrong on that account, because the sample sizes are tiny. A mere thousand and in some cases two thousand, in a country with over 100 million voters? You fail to account for the reality that many Democrat races were uncontested, meaning all votes were cast one way, in California you have jungle primaries that both top candidates can be Democrats, counting all votes that way. Your metrics are way off, the percentages you claim do not represent what is actually happening across the nation, and over sampling in this case, and always with a liberal abundance shows its focused to a single result, the one the liberal press paid for. There are more aspects, but no need to go beyond the horrendous over sampling of liberals. A thousand people in targeted manufactured polls do no represent what's really going on. Go check out the state polls in swing states, they don't show that nonsense, nor do they tend to have such blatant over sampling of any groups. That's because those folks are paid by in state interests, and if they are too biased they go out of business. These national firms are paid by national liberal interests and manufacture the desired results every time. Have fun crying next Nov, because you will be if you keep believing this nonsense...

Why should Hunter Biden have immunity from investigation because his father is running for President. Why should we allow such corruption to occur? And to claim there was obstruction of justice with the phone call is HIGHLY LAUGHABLE, there is no "justice" involved. There was no crime involved. The hype-hyper- hyperbole you engage in is just amazing. And a President exercising his constitution right and authority with regard to separation of powers is not obstruction of Congress. Congress does not have some unlimited power over the co-equal President. They are not kings or above the law and the Constitution.
