    Wouldn't it be great if the IRS agreed with him? I'd switch over my cc terminals to yen in a heartbeat, even with the exchange surcharge that would exist until consumers heard about it. Banks would abandon the dollar like there's no tomorrow, pretty soon every major credit card would stop taking and billing in dollars altogether. And then there's bit-coin, it might actually start to deliver on it's promise to become the next major currency.

    Oh, and then there's gold!

    All of them, of course. Nearly all programs are unconstitutional. We developed a Constitution that established a limited government. Today it is unlimited.

    I thought we established the Constitution as a charter for our government to provide checks and balance to limit the power of Govt, not the size of it.

    Are you familiar with the enumerated powers granting the federal government the authority to do a very small number of things? Nearly everything the federal government does is extra-constitutional.

    Article V. It is the fight we must win or the nation will collapse and end.
