The first part you bolded is a statement of fact. Disinfectants DOES knock out the virus in a minute. That is a fact. Not a suggestion. See the red part there? That is the formation of a QUESTION. Questions are not suggestions. You literally have to cherry pick and leave out parts of a sentence in order to even slightly arrive at the conclusion of it being a suggestion. There is a reason that you're supposed to read WHOLE sentences when you read. By not reading the WHOLE sentence you are not getting the full context. And by purposefully cherry picking a sentence you are in deliberate denial.

As an engineer, we were taught to ask questions. Even questions that appeared stupid on the surface. The only truly stupid question is the question that never gets asked.

Its also usually taught in K-12 grades. Its a basic concept. But apparently for leftists its considered a "suggestion" to ask questions.......wait.....I think I figured out one of their problems...

Nope, it's still a suggestion. And possibly a rhetorical question.

The only ones that think so are those blinded by partisan glasses, idiots, and hatred.

Since the price of oil is determined through commodities markets, they are directly controlled by the laws of supply & demand; that is, adding more oil to the overall world supply (as by the U.S. pumping more) would lower the price. That is the effect that President Biden is after.

As to the things you state in this & your other post, about contract conditions-- but without any sources-- I can only say that I feel it is pretty safe to assume that the President would not be calling on Congress to impose these fees for leaving wells idle (as an incentive to get oil companies to resume pumping from them) if there was any doubt that Congress had the legal right to do this.

A mere question, no, but a leading question, yes.

Trump's question was not a mere question, it was a LEADING QUESTION.

Leading questions suggest, offer suggestions for answers, giving the person to whom the question was directed items to select from suggested possibilities for the answer ( hence a 'leading' question), and, in Trump's case, his only offering, which is to say, his only SUGGESTION, was 'disinfectants', and when we think of disinfectants, we commonly think of household cleaning items, lysol, clorox, etc., which, is, of course a MORONIC suggestion.

The fact that disinfectants kill viruses is not in question, what is in question was his SUGGESTION (the leading side of the question) of the possibility of them being INJECTED INSIDE, which is Trumpian inarticulation meaning INSIDE THE BODY.

It is obvious that you want it to be more than it is. Its a good thing that facts and reality doesn't go off of what you want. He asked a question. That was it. Nothing more to it.

The only thing that is obvious is your denial that Trump asked a moronic question. Oh, yes, there is such a thing.

He asked a leading question, which is a question that prompts, encourages, suggests a specific answer.

What was that answer? "disinfectants injected inside [the body]"

That is the fact which you are ignoring. And that fact is MORONIC as a leading question.

All you are doing is denying that which is as something it isn't.

It's not a mere question, it's a leading question, and that is the fact of the matter.

Libs love to accuse people of totally vague, meaningless things like "stuck their head up Trump's ass". What does this mean? Exactly WHO SAID or DID WHAT? When? Where?
Its like the old "Your mother wears combat boots". What does this mean? What did your mother actually DO? Libs never talk about specific actions, times or places. It makes their statements meaningless.

I supported my question, is the GOP dumbing down?, with a clip of Bill Maher offering numerous SPECIFIC examples of republican craziness.

that hardly equals 'vague' or 'heads up Trump's ass' or 'your mother wears combat boots'.

In fact, the person being vague here is you.

Years ago I saw Bill Maher in Hollywood, at CBS Studios as I remember. He was a team captain in a live taping of "PICTIONARY". Eric Estrada was the other team leader. Eric was down on his knees guessing the solution. When he got it, he jumped up and quickly outstretched his arms. In the process, he belted Maher right in the mouth, totally by accident. Maher cried and screamed like a little baby for over half an hour. It was so embarrassing for him. Embarrassing for the producers too, as they cancelled the taping and we all walked out, Maher's childish crying still ringing in our ears.

Apparently Cons talk to hear their heads rattle.

Everyone knows what that those colloquialisms are insults not to be taken literally. Accusing someone of having their head up someone's ass means they're following someone around fawning over them so closely that if they stopped short they would end up with their head up their ass; as many of tRumps posse constantly do and his admirers would if they could.

That's because you are slanted to the left. You look at the world through blue tinted glasses. There are doozies, or whatever you call them, on both sides. I'm all for getting rid of the doozies on both sides and having a bunch of Manchins and Sinemas throughout Congress. Are you game for that?

You say that like it's a bad thing. Since Donald Judas tRump's presidency a lot of AmeriCANs look through red, white and BLUE tinted glasses.

Manchin is a sellout, Sinema is out for ONLY herself: https://www.alternet.org/2021/09/joe-manchin-2654895078/

Thanks for proving my point in you thinking that moderates must go and be called sellouts and admitting that you look at life through blue tinted glasses.

Your point was nonsense. Patriotic AmeriCANs see through tRumps con and recognize him for the danger to the Republic he is. A cursory look into Manchin's finances prove that he has sold his seat to any high bidder. And Sinema represents only what the polls say will get her reelected. I see this Country through clear lenses that love These United States and it's Constitution and oppose the current tRumpublican's that would destroy Government by the People to gain permanent power.

Your point is nonsense. I love how when you don't like someone else's point you just call it nonsense.

Absolutes are generally nonsense. Saying that, "That's because you are slanted to the left. You look at the world through blue tinted glasses."; is an absolute that is absolutely nonsense. I'm glad you love my calling out the absurdity of your posts, because it's so easy to do. 8)
