"Israel’s foreign ministry criticised the initiative over concern that it would fuel rumours of an Israeli-US design to control Iraq’s oil reserves, the second largest in the world after Saudi Arabia."

Nonsense. Israel did not become aware of our intentions to invade Iraq until late 2001. They opposed the invasion. Undeniable.

"the Israeli advice(against invading Iraq) was apparently triggered by reports reaching Israeli officials in December 2001 that the Bush administration was beginning serious planning for an attack on Iraq.

Journalist Bob Woodward revealed in Plan of Attack that on December 1, 2001, US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld had ordered the Central Command chief, General Tommy Franks, to come up with the first formal briefing on a new war plan for Iraq on December 4.

Soon after Israeli officials got wind of that planning, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon asked for a meeting with Bush primarily to discuss US intentions to invade Iraq."

No. You need to actually read the sources I provide before you start Margot.

"A senior official at the US State Department has said that political, diplomatic and military officials...The message was conveyed by a large number of senior Israeli officials to their American counterparts, including political figures and intelligence sources."

Right...so instead of answering my question or addressing the evidence I have provided you are now claiming that the US 'installed' Khomeini and the Islamic revolutionaries in power?

I don't understand. I investigated the alleged "blowback" like you said and I have shown how it is utter nonsense. Do you have anything to say about the evidence I have provided?

Billions of people are living in freedom today because of America
You have to know this, if not for America, Most of the world would now be speaking in either German, Russian and Japanese.

More countries are free today because America got involved. Almost every country we fought and defeated is more economically sound now than before we fought them. More people are living in freedom because of America than ever before in history. Even though we are the world's greatest super power, no one around the world, except in Afghanistan and in parts of Pakistan are staying awake worried America will attack them. They know America, unlike super powers from the past, has no desire of the conquest and take over of any nation on earth.

Unfortunately this generation is too far removed from the sacrifices that kept them free. It's become hip to blame America instead of thanking America for its invaluable contribution to human freedom. Liberals and Branch Paulinians have rewritten history to make us the villain. This is a sad, sad generation of ingrates, ignoramuses, and left wing twits. Can American liberty survive much longer with such a callous lot as this?

Wrong, go read his quote. Do me a favor, let us know if you are a paul sycophant, if so, I'll stop addressing you now and it'll save everyone a lot of time.

Why would I or any other american want to abandon a close ally? Is that what you do, tell your friends to take a hike when you feel like it? Must be a mighty lonely existence for you.

Huh? Have you read the news in the last 10 years?

If so, you have no clue, since Israel has been on board tolerating over TEN years of "diplomacy", and not attacked iran - and what did that accomplish?

While israel has allowed "diplomacy" to run for over TEN years, iran has now basically achieved nuclear weapons capability.

Try to let some facts enter your thought process.

The larouche psychotics used to try and raise money near where I live, and now that lyndon is too old to run for pres for the 20th time or so, have now graduated onto their "new savior" - ron paul, a person only slightly more sane than larouche.

Their slogans though are almost as psychotic: "end the fed!" and other idiocies that are no better than larouche's drivel was.

Are you an adult? Do you understand how politics works?

England attacked us in 1812, do we get to use that for the next 1,000 years, too? How about Germany and Japan, can we abuse them for a hundred thousand years?

If you had any facts, and actually gave a crap about the iranians, removing mossadegh was a good thing; he became a dictator and was about to move into the USSR's orbit.

He'll say one intelligent thing for ever five lunatic ones, while that may be better than obama's ratio that does not make for a suitable president.

Your simple attacs on ones intelligence show your insecurities and lack of ability to see beyond yourself and your lack of contribution to the good of the USA and the world.

Living off the sacrifices off others in the USA you think the USA is the only superpower that exists and truly believe other countries have the potential to overthrow the USA off it's throne. Let's face it you live in the coldwar era of military might and might not. Vietnam, is an example of what you sepeak so was Iraq, Afganistan, and soon to be Iran.

Isreal is just an instigator to cause the USA into war for the betterment of the jewish profiteers and corporations that will financially benifit from it. We all know that isreal plays the victim and causes divides between countries for their political gain. And the USA is just a pony for the juewish in the USA to do the dirty work, and the USA not only does it, the USA pays for it.

So you see I do know your so called "Geopolitical" limitations. But I also foolow the money train and factor in economics, by seeing who benifits financially from it and at what cost. And other countries around the world have these resources you speak of, but they distance themselves from isreal's politics and the USA to avoid economic collapse.

I dig. You claim 'we all know' so you must be right and everyone else is wrong.

Perhaps you should ensure that you don't collapse before the system does.
