Impeachments are not trial-like until they hit the Senate the House investigates the articles of impeachment and the entire process is a political trial, not a criminal trial.

The Jan 6 committee's investigation keeps turning up new evidence (mostly tweets, texts, emails, calls) and calling in new witnesses, which sometimes requires re-interviewing previous witnesses. Personally, I want everyone involved to face some kind of accountability.

 

And yet- despite documented proof of intent to rig a presidential election, nothing has been done to bring Hillary Clinton to account for her actions.
The dems biggest disappointment with Hillary is that the conspiracy she concocted failed; she didn't get away with it.

Sorry, but his sycophants are not elected officials, so no, they don't get to participate. That said, you do realize that the Jan 6 committee is not conducting a trial, right? This is deep fact-finding ... Garland and the DOJ are watching, and will be charging people where they see a crime in the testimony. At a trial, Trump supporting lawyers can participate if they are hired by any if the defendants.

All it takes for people to get along is to recognize facts and be reasonable. I realize that doesn't make sense, but the fact is that it's true.

We know, with documented proof- that Hillary and the DNC conspired to create and paid for the creation and distribution of the infamous "dossier"designed to sabotage Trump's candidacy. Paper trail, emails, witnesses.

IF Trump had done that, the entire left would be labeling it high treason and demanding he be hung- but it was THEIR candidate, so they pretend it didn't happen or doesn't matter.

What that tells us is what they are capable of- how far below the standards of honor, decency and respect for self and the nation they are not only prepared to go, but eager to go. That is reading the people, by reading their actions. It's how you discover the TRUTH in the face of a sham.

Trump's supporters on Jan 6th came for a specific reason, and that was to demand a forensic audit (totally independent with total access to any relevant part of the election process) to PROVE that Biden actually got 81 million legal and legitimate votes. IF there was nothing wrong, then such an audit would prove the election legit. WHY would the dems freak out trying to prevent it? Because there were things to find,and they didn't want anyone looking behind the facade. Everything to gain for them if they were- honest. Everything to lose if they were not.

While there were 500,000 people there, but only a hundred or two had any part in violence, unlike the left's riots that burned cities and wreaked havoc all over the nation- and were called "mostly peaceful" by the left.
We KNOW that within the group at the trouble spot, there were shills, people in the crowd there to incite riot and make the incident criminal- and that they worked for the left. Pictures, close-up videos of those people with audio, and identification of some of them... And THAT is evidence. NONE of them have been arrested or prosecuted or even sought out.... while people charged with trespass spend months in jail. That is all fact, not speculation.

What kind of people would be behind such a scheme? It would take one devoid of conscience, with the most evil intent. They are part of the side you are on; there is no question of it.

Anyone who can look at these facts and deny this truth is either supporting that effort to hide the treason it would be- or is too ignorant and gullible to recognize it.

Take your choice. You are the one whose actions tell us who you are- we don't create that, but we can observe what you show us in your words.... AND your actions.
