    No. You're a dreamer.

You got nothing. Run with that. It won't hold you down because, well, it's nothing.

Fawning? Please quote me fawning over her.

Also; claims require proof. You clearly have none.

    They must've slipped.

Wonder if they will be cancelled for spilling the beans. I may have to subscribe to these fringe lefties.

Thank you. That's all we needed.

I think there is a compromise here, and it's actually in the article itself. The WH should encourage sending questions ahead, but by no means require them as a ticket to getting asked a question. What's more useless than a press conference where every question gets answered with, "Let me do my research on that and get back to you." Who expects anyone to know every intricate detail of every possible policy shift? I don't rely on my memory at work, either. I always come to meetings prepared. I can't possibly rattle off every single minute detail of my complex database on a moment's notice.

    From the article:

For instance, former President Donald Trump’s White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was known to have asked certain news outlets about their questions in advance of some major or high-profile Trump press conferences or events, according to two people with direct knowledge of the matter. Communications staffers during the Bush and Obama years would ask reporters for the gist of questions in advance if they wanted to interview Cabinet secretaries.

Under previous administrations, many White House reporters would meet informally in the morning for gaggles with the press secretaries. During these interactions, White House communications staff could get a sense of the topics reporters were interested in that day, and would come prepared for questions during televised briefings later in the afternoon.

Nothing wrong with asking questions in advance; quite usual and it helps in better communication. Completely different than what mitchscove was deceivingly stating.
OTOH, it's understandable the press is wary after 4 years of trumpist lies.

She is not talking down to reporters, I could care less their methods.
I'm just talking about the arrogance and rudeness of Trump's press secs.

I don't know that she does that, but I do know that she anticipates certain questions, and might have prewritten answers to them, which I find acceptable, since she is new, and I would have done the same in her shoes. You are on national TV, and you don't want flounder around thinking of answers, and there is a helluva lot to keep track of in the world, such that, of all the things worthy of criticism, this is what bothers you?

You're pretty hard to please, but if she were a Trump Press Secy, you wouldn't care about the lies, eh?

And they did tell plenty of lies, they had to, because Trump lied and they didn't want to lose their jobs.

Stupid question! You don't seem to be able to make the difference between "pre-screening" and inviting questions in advance. She reportedly equally answered questions from "right" and "left" reporters. Were those from the "right" rehearsed, you think?

I only listened to 1 presser. The night after the inauguration.
I was really impressed at her knowledge and handling of questions.

A sense of civility was being spoken.

    What a novel idea.

He did. Did you miss it? He posted an article that confirms numerous administrations, including Trump's, did this.

    It's called preparing.

I never go to business meetings unprepared to discuss the topic of the meeting. Do you? Why would anyone do that?

What specific thing are you referring to?

I always grant the honeymoon/100 days. I did it for every president in my personal memory. Biden gets the same.

Funny, "peachmints" was announced 19 minutes after Trump's inauguration.

    Start here...

Helping Lie to Americans about the Iran Deal
Under President Barack Obama, that partisanship took on a completely different character as many in the White House press corps blithely accepted the often duplicitous explanations his representatives dished out. The most egregious example of this was their coverage of the negotiations with Iran that led to the 2015 nuclear deal, including the effort to sell the pact to Congress and the nation.

During this period, Psaki served as deputy press secretary and deputy White House communications director, and spent the crucial years from 2013 to 2015 as State Department spokesperson. She was thus at the center of one of the most elaborate deceptions in the history of U.S. foreign policy.

So sorry, but I don't read extremist sources from either party. They are usually wrong.

Got anything more centrist/credible to prove she's a liar liar pants on fire kind of person?
