Jesus, I’m calling you out.

Too bad you were not around to convince Egyptians of that. You could have saved some lives man!!!

 

The Jews were never slaves in Egypt. They had lived off of Egyptian welfare for centuries. When they were told to do some physical labor and build two treasure towns they got all snippy. After wrecking Egypt they left and stole every thing smaller than the Sphinx. When they got out in the desert they wanted to return to their lives of luxury but Moses went bonkers and killed thousands of them. The survivors were too stingy to eat the livestock they had stolen so they ate wild birds and relied upon manna from heaven for 40 years.

 

You would think that the Egyptians would have increased their border security and visa program. Every time an Israelite/Hebrew/Jew got into trouble he hightailed it to Egypt until things cooled down back home. And then the Egyptians got stuck with the bill and clean-up.

 

A lowly chimpanzee can prove it's existence, but this all-powerful, all-loving, all-knowledgeable "god" can't....wow. Clearly chimps are real and "gods" are not.

 

Obviously we can do better than a belief system written by and about bigots.

 

Oh, so Hindus get into heaven and are spared hell according to the NT, eh? You know, because Jesus was so gosh darn loving and all. Right? Right?

 

Jews believed salvation was only open to them. Christians believed salvation was open to Jews and Gentiles alike. Hindus can get into heaven, if by there own ignorance are completely unaware of the Gospel, or honestly believe it to be false.
