we know that hundreds of thousands of years ago, Africa had many more trees and shade. we also know that many hominids have light skin under their hair.

Im not a Christian and I don't believe any Messiah has come. What color was Jesus? He probably looked like your average Semite, who is a darker skinned Caucasian.

The Israelites were mostly caucasian, but certainly had contact with sub-saharan africans. No doubt there was at least some mixing between ethiopians and israelites, so some israelites were probably black or mixed with black. Yemenite jews are a perfect example. They are black compared to moroccan jews. So I wouldn't call Yemenite Jews 'caucasian'. Too much sub-saharan ancestry.

As you can see the yemenites are black in comparison moroccans and tunisians I posted are white in comparison. So clearly the Israelites are/were at least part black or made up of some black africans.

The Israelites are descendants of people Abraham converted to his new faith, along his way from Mesopotamia to Canaan. He surely followed the Fertile Crescent to get there.


....that's if a man named Abraham ever existed, which is questionable.

 

but we are talking about Israel and besides, the native ppl of the fertile crescent are Ethiopians. The Ethiopian Empire spread from The Nile to the Euphrates.
