    Be patient. No hurry.
The number of people that think Trump should be impeached is up 5 points in the last month.
Maybe another 2 or three months. :)

First of all, you absolutely do NOT know that. The information has NOT been released And, Mueller did NOT investigate the financial issues involed. There are significant witnesses who have not been questioned - and I don't just mean Trump.

The issue we DO know about is obstruction of justice. Mueller laid that out clearly, and Trump has coninued to obstruct justice ever since. by ordering that nobody honor subpoenas, denying access to the Mueller report, etc.

We're seeing a presidency that believes there are no checks and balances.

And, the fact that he has regularly protected Russia, who is well known to have attempted to subvert our democracy, is NOT some trivial issue.

It's time we had a president willing to recognize our constitution and ready to defend America against foreign attack.

Based on WHAT? The 'Mueller Investigation' results? :roflol:

Admittedly, the American population has become grievously dumbed-down in the last 35 or 40 years, Ron, but even the dullest and dimmest among us still think that in any legal proceding against a person, charges need to be brought, evidence needs to be introduced, and a case needs to be proven. Or, have we really sunk to the level of the old Soviet Union and Nazi Germany...?

[IMG]."Why go through all that bullshit, Nancy...? Just impeach him and be done with it!"

Oh there will be a little testimony and a little dirt in the next few months.
No hurry. The more Trump talks about it the better it gets.

You mean like "Messiah" Obama...?! He ruled this country, as he famously boasted, with "a pen and a phone".

Oh, and defending America against the likes of Russia?! Has your faction already conveniently forgotten THIS disgrace?

Has this basic rubric enshrined by Socrates ever been treated with such virulent distain?

Trump has adamantly refused to release his tax returns that he had promised to release, in conspicuous contrast to all presidential nominees for the past 40 years.

He has defied congressional subpoenas, ordering his minions to flout the law.

He hid from the Trump Justice Department Special Counsel, avoiding any personal interviews to assist in the investigation of Russia's attack upon American democracy.

He has thrown hysterical tantrums over Congress carrying out its Constitutional responsibility to enforce the emoluments clause (
    Article I, Section 9.)

Presidents ALWAYS have more flexibility after the election.

Elections require clear messages. Candidates can't make the compromises necessary for progress in their chosen direction when they don't know who will be in congress and when such compromises would muddy the message.

This idea that government works by refusing to compromise is total garbage.

My bet is that most real thinking Republicans understand this, and the rest are just plain ignorant of how government was designed to work.

"This idea that government works by refusing to compromise is total garbage". You might want to "transmit" that to the worst speaker in US History. All she's managed to prove is that America got it right in 2010 by giving Republicans the House.

Nadler, Cummings and Schiff follow their directives from the House Speaker. The House is in its disarray because its House Speaker cannot direct the House to accomplish anything meaningful.

Yours was probably the most inept, sputtering attempt at sheer rationalization and hypocrisy I've seen in this Forum in quite a while! You Leftists and radical Democrats accuse Trump (without any evidence) of colluding with Russia against the best interests of the United States, but completely ignore what Obama did in 2012. BTW, do you think that Russia's takover of Crimea in 2014 should be laid at Donald Trump's feet? Who WAS president then? Ooh! Now, that was the kind of 'flexibility' that Russia could love!:heart:

Fact: At that meeting with the "hot microphone", Obama and Russian President Medvedev were talking about STRATEGIC MISSILE DEFENSE IN EUROPE! And Obama was making it clear to him in his own obsequious, sickening, ass-kissing way that Putin could expect that after Obama won re-election, we would back down and be less aggressive about maintaining the balance of power -- especially in Eastern Europe. And guess where Russia is projecting more and more power today? EASTERN EUROPE!

Prediction: sometime during the next five years, after Democrats win the election in 2020, Ukraine will be split in half, with the western half continuing to be ruled by Kiev-based billionaire oligarchs, and the eastern half joining the Russian Federation. And when it happens, Democrats will blame Trump! You heard it here first! :oldman:

There is disagreement in the House because Dems allow open discussion of serious issues. The GOP is a party of old white men who take direction from the top.

Accomplishment requires bipartisan effort, the Senate and the president. We have a president who catagorically refuses to take part. As for the Senate, see above.

One of the key reasons Putin attacked our election was the policy of both Hillary and Bill Clinton in Eastern Europe.

They stood up for extending western concepts of rule of law and democracy and committed to protect those rights.

So, yes. Trump is Putin's toady. Trump won't even protect AMERICA against Russia.

What did Bill Clinton ever do to thwart anything that Vladimir Putin did in Europe? And Hillary? Ha! She sold the rights to American uranium TO Russia! And, as I have already amply demostrated in FACT, Obama kissed Putin's ass until it DRIPPED, in 2012. Ooh... were you astonished when Putin annexed Crimea, with impunity, in 2014...?! I'll bet Obama wasn't -- and HE was president!

But you maintain that these Democrat frauds defended "western concepts of rule of law and democracy" in places like Ukraine, et al...? All Hillary did as Sec. State was fly around the planet shoveling out billions of dollars in "aid" to people who laughed at us and hated our guts. Bill sold bleeding-edge technology to the Chinese. And Russia? Russia was crushed underfoot after the fall of the Soviet Union, and given away to home-grown oligarchs who were big buddies with us! It was such a sweet deal for many American businessmen and their Russian protégés -- until Putin took over and started arresting them, having them shot, and stuffing them into trash compactors.

Very honestly, you truly do not (NOT) know what you are talking about at all! It's hard to know even where to start with someone whose grasp of reality in Eastern Europe is as deficient as yours is....

Clinton promoted expansion of western alliances toward the east - something diametrically opposed to Putin's aims regarding increasing influence or even "repatriation" within a region that many in Russia see as rightfully a part of their empire.

    You have nothing on Obama.

And, it's no wonder Putin wanted a puppet for an American president, not a strong promoter of our allies in that region.

You're really upping your ad hom game!

As was the mission of the venerable Trump U®, the "stable genius" will be sharing his financial acumen with Americans. His promise to release his tax returns may not be fulfilled anytime soon, but the truth will emerge, as desperate as Trump may be to hide it and as fearful his bum kissers are over the inevitability of its emerging.

Of course, those who need to pretend there is nothing of interest in them can ignore their being exposed.

The only things these rulings showed was that Congress and some judges are above the law. That a judge rules improperly on a faulty subpoena that tramples all over due process and constitutional separation of powers says nothing about the president.

Really, Willy, I'm not interested in beating a dead horse... not even one who is sadly uncomprehending and fundamentally inaccurate....

So, appealing to your brighter side, I would ask you this, since you so ardently believe that Trump is a Putin "puppet".

Since Trump became president, have any (ANY) American sanctions been lifted on Russia...?
Has Trump, in fact, added more sanctions against Putin's Russian followers than existed under "Messiah" Obama...?

All I need is one to answer that, so I won't go further than this one:

You went no further because there was no "further" to go to. The 'rebuking-of-Trump-Kabuki-dance' was just another jive-ass political swipe at Trump, and it failed. Nothing happened. If I were a Democrat (or a RINO), and wanted 'to take Trump down', I could do a hell of a lot better job of it than that.... :dual:

There will be (going forward) one less person (ONE) who will be individually 'sanctioned' -- a Russian businessman named Oleg Deripaska: https://www.forbes.com/profile/oleg-deripaska/#194bddce804c . Ooh... hardly the 'mass-murderer' of radical Democrat fantasies!

Now, how many sanctions against the Russian Federation has Trump lifted...? None...?

Meanwhile, back in 2012, who told Russian President, Medvedev, that he would be "more flexible after the election"? And the issue was about MISSILE DEFENSE in Europe! Who? Gee... was it the wonderous, "Messiah" Obama...?! Do I need to cut/paste the images AGAIN? But to a Democrat, it's far more important to keep some Russian businessman from shopping in New York City than some piddly thing like MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEMS IN EUROPE.... :roflol:

"After lobbying by European governments, Washington postponed enforcement of the sanctions and started talks with Deripaska’s team on removing Rusal and En+ from the blacklist if he ceded control of Rusal.

Deripaska will remain under sanctions, the Treasury said. However, the three Deripaska companies - Rusal, En+ and power firm EuroSibEnergo - have agreed to restructure to reduce Deripaska’s stakes.
    "

    Link: https://www.cnbc.com/2018/12/20/rusal-us-to-lift-sanctions-from-aluminium-giant.html

Looks like that particular sanction worked! The idea is to make sanctions actually DO something that brings about a desired change. This Deripaska guy has lots of holdings, and according to Forbes, he's worth about $3.2 Billion, in spite of the continuing sanctions: https://www.forbes.com/profile/oleg-deripaska/#194bddce804c

Ultimately, this Deripaska thing isn't going to be more than a blip on the radar, especially now that he's given up the controlling interest in the aluminum company. Russia will remain in Crimea, and Russia is "reported" to have missile bases in its Kaliningrad Oblast that could put a nuclear payload on Berlin in less than seven minutes, or on Warsaw in about five. But what's important to Democrats is somehow, some way -- impeaching Donald Trump! :cheerleader: Priorities! Priorities! :psychoitc:
