Lawsuit outs Ellen Ratner as source for Seth Rich information

The Seth Rich story just won't go away. I understand how incensed the lefties on the thread are. It's like... gosh durn it, we told you what you're supposed to know"..... and of course, the story continues to bake. And the story resonates because, simply, it is the most probable and likely explanation of the transfer of documents from the DNC to Wiki. It actually makes a lot of sense. It also clearly drives the story that yes, in fact, the left have, for a couple years now, actively tried to lie their way out of their own complicity in these crimes, not the least of which was the actual murder of Seth Rich.

Why won't the democrats admit, publicly, that yes there is adequate evidence that the download of the files was proximinal and that it had to have been locally downloaded? Again, this also begs why critical evidence was then allowed to be destroyed by the campaign and the DNC before forensic analysis could be used to document the transfer/breech. The facts just don't add up to anything positive for the democrats, and of course this is why they continue to try to lie to the rest of us as if they have any technical authority from which to do so. The facts simply don't support heir hacked story, nor their finger pointing at foreign governments.

And let's at least be honest here. If, Russian gov hackers had actually done the hack, why was the first reaction of the campaign and the DNC to then destroy the evidence? Shouldn't they have preserved it so they could, in fact prove the crime? So, the answers are less than what reasonable folks would have expected and the behavior subsequent to the disclosures of the internal DNC email, demonstrate the level of crassness and disdain which those in the party attribute to the rest of the nation they claim to care about. That much is clear.

What is also not clear then, is that having been the subject of a crime, why they (DNC et al and HRC 2016) went to such great lengths to obstruct the law enforcement folks from actually doing their jobs?

As these facts become more widely reviewed, I suspect that several of the folks indicated from the released email had plenty of motive and mr Rich was unfortunately the target of their rage. Ask the local WDCPD why they aren't actively investigating this murder. It isn't like they have produced either suspects, or have tried to solve the crime of this murder.
