I’m taking the position that it’s moronic to say liberals support child sex trafficking. No one has said they support child sex trafficking in this thread. But you know that.

 

They probably just knew their neighbor and weren't just going to shut up when they thought an injustice was being done to him. Imagine if you had a good friend, but you know he was illegal, but then one day a bunch of government people with guns broke into his house to take him away. Some might be very upset by this. I think they should have waited to hear what he was being charged with but they probably assumed it was because he was illegal and I can see why they assumed that. I don't think anybody told them to protest, they just went out and did it.

What facts are we disputing? They are trying to disband or disrupt Ice, who is trying to stop child trafficking. So they must support it. What other conclusion can you draw, unless they are uninformed idiots. Please pick your choice of the two? But because they want open borders, they hate our country anyways. And I know they don't really care about children, they kill 1/2 a million babies a year. Well to start with, they view abortion as self defense. You might disagree on that, fair enough, there's good reason to, but they're not out to kill children. That is not their intent any more than it is the intent of the police to shoot kids.

The Democrats are profoundly stupid on immigration, but to think that the bulk of their support just wants unrestricted immigration is demonstrably untrue by polling.

They got caught up in the fake story of separations. They live in major cities where they know and interact with immigrants more often.

There is a radical wing in the Dems just as there is in the Reps, this wing of Democratic Socialists want to abolish borders, abolish private ownership of the means of production, and guess what: they can only win when 9% of the electorate shows up to vote.

The vast majority of people want 'the good'. They have a different path to it, but they are good people. Hitler was not striving for any good. Stalin was not striving for any good. Democratic Socialists? It depends. I've seen both. Regular Democrats? Almost all of them have their hearts in the right place, they're just wrong on the facts or stuck to poor values.

The day you can't trust in the good intentions of your common citizen is the day extremists on both sides win. As each side fringes to the extremes they converge in agreement around the justifiability of violence.

First Gov. Jerry Brown and the liberals put Proposition 47 on the ballot that made most felonies misdameanors and were treated as infractions.

Two years later the left did it again with Proposition 57.

In both cases Sen. Kamala Harris then California's Attorney General wrote what a voter saw on the ballot and were so low information they voted for something not knowing what they were voting for.

2/3 of California's leftist and low information voters voted for passage of Prop 47 and Prop 57 the same voters who voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 general election.

Today rape is no longer a serious or violent crime in California and neither is assault and battery, carjacking and sexual human trafficking.

In California illegal aliens, gang bangers (MS-13), rapist, sex offenders, felons, and most criminals are a protected group in California.

Slight differences linguistically and culturally.
