That doesn't add up. The charge was never on the ticket. It was used to deny him bail and that's it. The prosecution had no other evidence of his threat of being violent other than calling him a participant of a violent insurrection. No video evidence existed showing him committing violent acts. The Judge in the case clearly had a bias and prejudged him on the basis of participating in a violent insurrection. That was never part of the charges brought against him which makes the Judge's decision prejudicial.

OK, a threat to the VP of the USA is perfectly good reason to deny bail.

It's also a chargeable crime. He wasn't charged with it, so technically he never threatened the VP.

Oh, I see! If you're not charged for it, you really didn't do it!

Have you read the note? I did and didn't interpret it as a threat. You could call it a prediction. I'm confident that if they thought a case could be made, that he threatened the VP, an indictment on that charge would have been a feather in their cap. If Trump could be tied to it all the more better for the kangaroo court.

I did, too. It was a threat. But he didn't do it because he wasn't charged.

Well, therein lies the problem. It could be interpreted in different ways.

Maybe. The Court took it as a threat.

How have they "lost power" (what ever that means) and what are the "lies"?

Translation-"The government is doing such wonderful things with your tax dollars that they can't even show it to the taxpayers!".

Hey Yardmeat, how about "unarmed woman shot in face" -Does that constitute a "police injury"?

Here's a picture of me robbing a bank. Now here's a picture of me frolicking with my dog.

I'm innocent of robbing a bank!

How many J6 defendants have been "exonerated" or acquitted because of video footage of them being totally peaceful? LOL!

Your point is more evidence of the corruption of the judiciary.

Sorry but the left wing media does not want that. People would rather be told what to think instead of making up their own minds. Thinking for one's self is too much work for some folks. Hence we have liberals.

How is it different from how lefties use heavily edited videos to show fake racism?

Ah yes…the entire judiciary is against Trumpers. One vast conspiracy, eh?

Oh no, there are a few good men in the judiciary, but they are a distinct minority. The Fifth Circuit's ruling in Missouri v. Biden shows that.

The bulk of the judiciary is as corrupt as the other 2 branches. There are a few good men, but they're in the minority.

Yes, because that argument is no way ridiculous. A video of crimes and mayhem is rebutted by videos when the same people walking slowly. LOL!!

No, you don't get it. I have read and understood the US Constitution, and I took an oath to defend it in 1969.

I have never cared for The Donald, never voted for him once, but there is no doubt the election of 2020 was rigged thoroughly. I have been willing to examine all the facts and evidence associated with that election.

At least 60 judges across the land have NOT been willing to examine the facts and evidence. That is dereliction of duty on their part under the Supreme Law Of The Land.

No sir, you don't get it at all. Like the judges, you refuse to examine the facts and evidence. That makes you typical.

So you don’t understand how the judicial system works. Got it. Thanks for making my point. Have a good day.
