I have been involved as a party in several court cases. I understand quite well how the judicial system works. I've seen good and bad. Despite the Black Robes, they are only human. Some have courage, but most are there only to support the status quo. Madison's hope that the judiciary would be the last bulwark against tyranny has very seldom been fulfilled.

I'm perceptive enough to know when I'm being fed a line of BS. Something I learned in Uncle Sam's Army. It appears you are not that perceptive.

The entire judiciary doesn't come close to being necessary. A few well placed courts and DOJ officials can do megatons of damage and persecutions all by themselves.

Do you think that some of the videos show the traitors knitting socks and underwear for homeless people, making them totally innocent of actual crimes?

 

If you commit a crime, and other videos show you politely discussing the weather, does it magically mean that you’re innocent or criminal behavior? On what planet does it change your other behavior? Who actually believes that?

 

I'll jump in where angels fear to tread. The vast preponderant majority of people at the Capitol on Jan 6 milled around, chatted, observed, sang songs, bought T-shirts and hot dogs, and took videos and selfies.

 

They’re not the ones being prosecuted. Even though some of them trespassed, inter alia.

 

Just checking in. Have any of the idiots had their convictions reversed on appeal on the basis of the Tucker Tapes?

Is it insignificant that Congress and the DC judiciary have violated constitutional principles? That they have prosecuted and imprisoned hundreds of innocent citizens exercising their First Amendment rights?

Yes, an attack on the Capitol to stop certification of election results is super minor, but Hunter Biden paying his taxes late means the end of America and sobbing and wailing!
