If you're talking about Trump, this is hilarious! You thought I was asking for jail time for Trump on this thread? No! I was asking for jail time for Hillary and Obama. IF they committed a crime, that is.

But you seem to believe that if Trump committed a crime, you wouldn't want him to do jail time.

What more do you need? You say you have the evidence. You have a Republican House, a Republican Senate, a Republican President, a Republican Supreme Court, a Republican Attorney General, scores of Republican U.S. Attorneys....

You know what is a Crime? Abuse of Power. It's High Crime. And you commit it by, for example, creating committee after committee in Congress to investigate a political opponent to bring her poll numbers down using taxpayer money. Republicans have even admitted doing that. But they have not been impeached. So if there is a "Deep State", the only ones that it has protected have been Republicans.

I can tell you one thing: it's not OK with me. Everybody who breaks the law needs to be prosecuted and jailed. So now you're saying that Rosenstein is protecting Hillary. The nuttiness of that is beyond words. But let me give you a piece of information you might not know: Rosenstein serves at the pleasure of the President. So does Sessions.

I say again: Republicans control the Senate, the House, the Supreme Court, the Presidency... they control scores of U.S. Attorneys. And you say here that they have all this proof. So what are they waiting for?

Democrats have a firm grip on all non-elected government agencies. The Washington bureaucracy is pure Hillary & Bernie territory.

Hence the tension between congress and the deep state.

Now, why would there even be tension? Congress oversees all the other powers and has the power to impeach. Why is this not even on the radar?; And all the non-elected officials in the Executive Power serve at the pleasure of the President. Are you saying that Trump appointed Hillary and Bernie supporters? Which ones and why doesn't he fire them?

Congress has tried to get documents from the FBI and the Justice Dept for years, and the agencies won't release them.

What more do we need? We need politicians that care more about representing the people, rule of law and holding their own accountable rather than what is in their own interest. It’s not evidence I say is present, it’s evidence that is real, documented and reported.

This is not about Democrats or Republicans. It’s about us vs them as in the people vs the government. United we stand divided we fall has some meaning here. By our politicians dividing us, the people’s power is diminished. Rule of law should not be negotiable.

Rational people don’t ignore facts. Facts are clear about Hillary’s email as provided by Comey live on TV. More evidence has surfaced since. Those familiar with classified information protocols know what Hillary did was wrong and there is no way claiming ignorance is an acceptable defense.

If Trump was ordered to turn over 5 E-mails to the FBI and instead of doing it, he destroyed them, you don't think he would be charged with a crime?
