Ha! Well, then it's clearly obvious you know nothing about the LAW governing segregation in public schools in the United States. Segregation has been expressly forbidden in the United States for decades -- and rightly so!

 

Uhhh… comedic timing on your part I’m actually reading a book about teaching and am on the part about racial segregation in schools.

According to the textbook: “one reason for the trend back to desegregation has been SCOTUS rulings that removed judicial supervision of school districts efforts to desegregate, Board of Education of Oklahoma City public schools v Dowell 1991), Freeman v Pitts (92), and Brown v Unified School District (95)”.

It's de jure, and frankly, I don't believe it. Give me an example of de jure segregation in your high school.

Because Blue has become so radical - and the system in general is broke. Correct that Trump is a symptom of a much bigger problem.. and it matters not whether the Radical right .. or Radical left gets power we will have extremist policies jusitfied by fallacious utilitarianism.

Taliban extremism on one side .. Nazi Collectivism on the other - both working different sides of the fence to strip away freedoms they don't like .. increase power and control .. keep folks like you in check .. which they are obviously doing a good job .. drunk on the utopian propaganda as they envision it .. desperate make America dumb .. canceling any ideas that conflict with extremist dogma.

I think you meant to ask "why is this group so radicalized?" Perhaps if you read what they write, you can get an answer. I don't worry about fringe groups like these with big mouths. I think the state of Idaho will be just fine. Good fishing there, by the way.

 

In my earlier Posts #50 and #53, I sparred with @Kranes56 about 'segregation in public schools' and determined that he knows nothing with a basis in the LAW. Segregation in American public schools is expressly forbidden! As far back as 1957, President Eisenhower federalized the Arkansas National Guard and ordered it to support integration of Arkansas public schools, in full battle gear, with rifles and bayonets....

Any claims that public schools in the United States are legally segregated all these many decades later are, quite simply, BULLSHIT....

Krane isn't wrong about there being segregation now, it's just that not for the reasons stated.

As I said earlier, more and more colleges are having black only graduations and a large percentage of residential halls are now segregated.

It's not by law, it's by democrat choice. They don't want other races at "their"events.

 

OK, Black hypocrisy is well-known and understood for what it is. They want to be fully enmeshed in Whitey's 'world', but reserve the right to expel Whitey from their cozy little Black 'world' whenever they wish. Got it!

But the actual schools themselves, the classrooms, and the central features of American public school 'education' is, and has been, fully desegregated for decades -- BY LAW! Black hypocrisy, however, is not against the law, and probably never will be.

 

Yeah I'm just saying that those policies are segregation, and are against the law....even if it's by choice.
