    She has gained fame. Fame has value. She'll find a way to exploit it. I predict she will run for president. She certainly will write a book and go on the lecture circuit, and build a coalition for some other political objective. We haven't seen the last of Liz Cheney.

    Her 'concession' speech implied as much. I don't think she realizes that she's despised more than Kamala Harris. No one has been more out of touch with the daily job of being a public servant like she was, and no one earnestly believes such a person qualifies for higher office.

    I asked the folks at the polling station "Hows Liz doing" they all laughed :) The ad with daddy Dick actually made her chances worse in the end LMFAO.. The old "Trump is a real danger to the Republic" bullshit had no effect other than to seal Lizzards loss. Most Wyomingites didn't take offence to what she said about Trump, they took great offence that she said it out loud :)

    You know she ran as a Republican not a Democrat right? Liz Cheney lost in fact she got destroyed. The people of Wyoming voted for Liz Cheney to represent them, not the increasingly totalitarian and power mad DC establishment. She turned her back on Wyoming voters and Wyoming voters returned the favor. And yes it is that simple. But don't fe to bad she'll land a six or seven figure gig as a lobbyist or for some DC Neocon think tank.

    She's better off having lost.
    It's not like if she won she'd be voting democratic.
    She voted with Trump over 90%.
    If she wants to keep going trying to make sure Trump won't ever again get near the Oval Office she can do a hell of a lot more out of office trying to garner the support of more Republicans, Independents and moderate democrats come 2024.
    Then again, she'll probably run in 2024.
    Thankfully for her every state isn't like Red-red Wyoming

    Not the people, the Republicans, and not even all of them, but mainly the Rabid Trumpers. Unless you think voters in the Republican primaries are a good gauge of the entire electorate.

    The Trumpers have been doing this since way back in 2015, the choir acting as if they indicate the views of not only the entire Church but the atheists outside having barbecue as well

    My own thought is that the 2016 fluke will never occur again and certainly not in just 7 years. And that means reality is going to bite you all right in your Trump-sized posteriors come November in 2022 and especially in 2024.

    It should be entertaining, watching you melt away like snow in the warm spring rain.

    Yes, there will be those who vote for mainstream crappy politicians(and then wonder why the parliament is ineffective at actually getting anything done.). There will even be more people content to do the simple thing with their vote, rather than the inspired thing. But this is not about Trump. This is about someone who absolutely gave up on representing her constituents and turned the last 1 1/2 years into her 'fight for democracy', which later debased itself into saving her family's legacy.

    She represents the kind of ick that we voted against in 2016, and that we independents will continue to campaign against because the people deserve good representation even if a healthy portion of our neighbors are ignorant at times as to what that is. I know what it's not, it's not someone who has no sense of public consciousness image and made no quarrel with hiding that there were other things besides representing her state, that she had in mind.

    As a Nationalist, those like her in office continue to make our congressional system much more difficult than it has to be.So I'm thankful she 'focused on Trump'. It's very rare that a lifer reveals her disdain to the public as openly as she did. I'm even more thankful for the voting process.
