These are from the War on Crime. Military equipment used against civilians is a direct voilaton of the Constitution. A standing army on American soil.

Yes - there are U.S. soldiers on the ground in Pakistan, and not just advisers or people aiding in arms, equipment, logistics, and training as is the case in Syria and elsewhere.
