RFOLMAO, you don't trademark in a STATE you trademark with the FEDERAL government and like in China when you apply you have protection from that point there is nothing gained when the "formal" document is received there is no additional benefit. And they don't "approve" it is merely something you apply for and receive.

Tell me exactly how you equate the Chinese government funneling tens of millions of dollars into the private bank accounts of the Biden family for NO apparent product or service provided and some of that money funneling into The Big Guys personal bank account with trademarks routinely applied for by a legitimate business selling it's legitimate products to the people of China, not the government of China. Trademarks as applied for in every country in which that company does business INCLUDING the United States. The government doesn't give you money when they send you a trademark document.

Biden lied about the money his family was getting from China and Chinese businesses and his involvement and yes money flowing to him for the influence being peddled.
