Which changes nothing about the documented cases of threats which justified the establishment of the task force.

Where Do We Go from Here was King’s analysis of the state of American race relations and the movement after a decade of U.S. civil rights struggles. “With Selma and the Voting Rights Act one phase of development in the civil rights revolution came to an end,” he observed (King, 3). King believed that the next phase in the movement would bring its own challenges, as African Americans continued to make demands for better jobs, higher wages, decent housing, an education equal to that of whites, and a guarantee that the rights won in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 would be enforced by the federal government. He warned that “the persistence of racism in depth and the dawning awareness that Negro demands will necessitate structural changes in society have generated a new phase of white resistance in North and South” (King, 12).

    Whatever you say.

“Attorney General Merrick Garland repeatedly stated that he based his memo, which mobilized the FBI and US Attorneys, on the NSBA letter,” Neily said. “This alleged coordination between Secretary Cardona and the Department of Justice is deeply concerning.”

Well, the conditions aren't "unreasonable" and you have no idea of the long haul effects. Your anolgies are pitifully bad and not comprable in any way, shape or form so that makes them irrelevant.
I'm selling the outrage right here. You should buy it, could save your life.

I have an education. I don't need outrage. Lost that part about 40 years ago. Never looked back.

Absolute nonsense. The DOJ letter specifically cites the father who was arrested by local police at a school board hearing when he questioned a, Now proven, cover up by the school of the rape of his daughter.

Please provide a link to the story. I'm betting the father did something at the meeting to warrant his arrest.

    Blacks commit more crime.

Violent crime, not "your brake light is out" crime.

Here's just one set of statistics. There are many.

    https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2018/crime-in-the-u.s.-2018/tables/table-43

13 percent of the population is committing almost 30 percent of the crime. Since black people over represent low income areas which are abundant with a large amount of crime, I would be shocked if you would see otherwise.

Oh I know, I know...your answer is to simply not police high crime areas so that your stat sheet could be all even steven? Not sure black people living in high crime areas would not want police to have a presence there. They tried that experiment with that Chaz block they took over and it turned to **** in a month.

Got anything else that I can't explain away with logic?

They over represent low income housing atm?

    Here; let me spare you the suspense as to where this goes;

    You will say why?

And I will say because their culture sucks.

Then we will get into a back and forth about how black people didn't have equal opportunity way back when, of which you would be correct but we live in the now...not way back when.

You will say suggest that present day woes of black people were created by inequality from the past, and I will suggest that the present day blacks perpetuate their victimhood and failings with a shitty culture that promotes single mothers raising too many children and a strong attraction to crime instead of school.

You will say that's because of past aggressions and I will say the only fix is for the culture to change and I will use the example of asians who were just as oppressed and are now succeeding. Logic

You will say the system is designed to keep black people down and I will point to you to the MANY examples of very wealthy and successful black people that would negate your idea of the systemic boogey man.

In the end, I have logic while you have the boogey man.

    Are we done?

MLK would be ashamed how far backwards the DNC has drug/drugged the Negro back in U.S. for political gain..

He would not have supported the Democrat party after seeing where his people are today!

Refusing to examine the evidence disproving your thesis doesn't make the evidence less compelling.

Having nothing to do with whether the actions of the parent at the school board meeting warranted his arrest. But you already knew that.

This exact case was cited to the DOJ as their example of "Domestic terrorism" . The father was cited for Disorderly conduct for speaking up about the now proven cover up of sexual assault by one of these Freaks who Pretends he is a girl to use the girls bathroom and then sexually assaulted not only his daughter but another girl after the fact. The freak has been convicted for his crimes at this point but the larger issue is that this father is being cited as domestic terrorist for speaking up for his daughter who was raped and the school tried to cover it up.
