    You mean when unemp was 4.7% and we were all getting tax rebate checks?

    Nah, I didn't mind then. As I remember it, liberals complained about that because she had no business teaching African children to read. Literacy, women's health & the fight against AIDS were her passions. What is Michelle Obama's legacy? Food. She's obsessed with it. Eating it and not eating it. Working out to get rid of the evidence you did eat it. Bribing restaurant chains with waivers for Obamacare if they agree to go along with her program so none of us can eat it.

    She's a joke of a first lady with a joke of a mission. Nothing personal against the woman... but she's just as inept at handling power as her husband.

    Among others, its expected for 1st Lady to host foreign dignitaries. Lots of fanfare, but that's the deal.

    About as okay with this as I am with every other First Lady taking expensive trips during their tenure in the White House, as multiple posters have shown. But I guess its only a issue when Obama does it.

    Did she win a Nobel Prize? No. She toured with cancer patients. Not like that hasn't been done by, almost ever First Lady in politics already.

    Would that be anything like the wishful thinking from sorry liberals who made pledges to be better human beings simply because Obama was elected? Where was Michelle on this issue for the past 6 years of the War? When has she ever taken the time to ever spend time with military families.

    She was merely saving that spot for the First Black Lady. Would have been an accomplishment regardless of which Black woman became the First Lady.

    No, I think it's only an issue because we're in such a bad economy. Wouldn't matter who the first lady is... her lavish personal/official trips are a slap in face to most Americans. Obviously, you don't see it that way.
