    I'm not sure about the power of the KKK, but their ideology lives on, with Breitbart News, Sean Hannity, and others, including the Trump/Bannon agenda. This is just the atmosphere that will bring the KKK out of their shell, just as the title of this thread cited.

    I live in Colorado Springs, and if they hand me one of their pamphlets, I'll tell them where to stick it.

    The KKK is about as powerful and useful as a football bat. Anyone who believes the Klan has national or even state support, needs to removed from society and placed in a mental institution.

    No one cares about the Klan. Just like no one cares about the bigoted new black panther party.

    Here is a link concerning KKK membership today. If there are between 5000 and 8000 hate attacks every day, that's a lot. And if some of these hate attacks are criminal in nature, that makes it that much worse.

    Even though Ku Klux Klan membership is secret, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) estimates there are between 5,000 and 8,000 KKK members today, distributed in nearly 180 different Klan factions (or chapters). Most of these chapters are located in the southern region of the US. This hate group, organised in 1865, used to have about 4 million members in 1925.

    What is their ideology that lives on through Breitbart, Hannity, and others including Trump?

    I guarantee you that you're not gonna get a KKK flier. These stories are all sensationalized and overblown. The AP doesn't put out a reasonable story that only consists of 6 sentences. Trump dogged them a week or two ago, and now suddenly we have a short story about the KKK. It's silly.

    From 6,000,000 members to 5,000. That means 0.001492% of America's population is a member of the KKK. Really, this is not a big deal.

    Between Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, there are a total of 27 chapters. This list doesn't even cover the chapters out in California. We know there's one there because Will Quigg, the grand dragon, supported Hillary this campaign.

    One would have to be pretty ignorant to believe really anything the SPLC says. They still think the KKK is the biggest threat in the US. In fact the SPLC is so dishonest, that they tried to link the Islamic ISIS attack in the gay club in Orlando on "right wing groups."
