Yes, it was discrimination against the baker.

Which is exactly how SCOTUS ruled.

You could always film yourself going into a Muslim bakery and asking for a cake decorated with a dead Mohammed if you'd like to test it.

I see you don't know what you're talking about again.

The baker offered to sell any cake in the shop. He refused to decorate it with a depiction of gay marriage, which is against his beliefs.

So no, not discrimination, although you can continue to dazzle everyone with your superiority of opinion over the factual conclusion in the SCOTUS decision.

Film yourself walking in to a Muslim bakery. I'll lower my request to just asking for a gay wedding decoration on your cake.

The dead Mohammed request would probably get you killed on the spot.

Please post results of you being discriminated against.

Democrats very very long ago could have law written to include each and every one of us.

But they want campaign issues. Thus they cherry pick. When we republicans forced the Democrats to the floor on the civil rights law, causing the law to pass, they were using their master plan. Same thing with abortion. They refused to simply pass one national law so that abortion could be America's black eye.

Would a request for Mohammed eating a pulled pork sandwich do the trick, too?

    No, it seems you don't.

The baker offered to sell them any cake in the shop. What he refused to do was decorate it.

Go learn what you're talking about before speaking.

Both parties fan the flames of grievances. Republicans could get Democrats to do almost anything on immigration if they they handed every otherwise law-abiding DACA illegal a green card as part of the deal.

Some of cherrypicking is the party sucking up to a one-issue group. I lose my sympathy for the party when they go out of their way to stir up a one-issue voters.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES Syllabus MASTERPIECE CAKESHOP, LTD., ET AL. v. COLORADO CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION ET AL. CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEALS OF COLORADO No. 16–111. Argued December 5, 2017—Decided June 4, 2018 Masterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd., is a Colorado bakery owned and operatedby Jack Phillips, an expert baker and devout Christian. In 2012 he told a same-sex couple that he would not create a cake for their wed-ding celebration because of his religious opposition to same-sex mar-riages—marriages that Colorado did not then recognize—but that hewould sell them other baked goods, e.g., birthday cakes. The couple filed a charge with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission (Commis-sion) pursuant to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA)......

Which every human has a right to

It is an immoral which discriminates against business owners

A consumer may discriminate as they choose as in refuse to buy a cake from a gay or straight baker.

The law in question is by definition discriminatory. It selectively violates the rights of a few.

It's better than nothing at all. When I first moved into my own place, I bought a black and white 12 inch TV, and it worked just fine. An ipad is about the same size, but looks a whole lot better.

True, but don't forget that apple phones are portable, and can be hooked up to a normal tv or monitor using rca or hdmi outputs. It's the best of both worlds.
