Your "intent" to deflect from the very real observation of cultural insensitivity and religious entitlement demonstrated by the muslim practitioner vis a vis the dead cow, seems to indicate that you are either unable or unwilling to engage. As an atheist on a vegan diet, I am disturbed by cruelty to animals. At least their law enforcement is punishing the offenders. Killers are rewarded in some cultures.

With the population increase in India and Pakistan, it is only going to get worse. Sadly fundamentalist sects of both Hinduism and Islam have huge birth rates so moderating secular voices are getting smaller and quieter.

As far as the cow killing here I support it. This Muslim lives in India. He knew he was messing up. Hindus are obnoxiously conservative and protective over their sacred animals and beliefs. They provide a foundation they can believe in. So they made modern laws to protect them. So yes it does matter he is Muslim and yes his being Muslim probably helped the situation escalate to a fatal one. I don't have a problem with it.

 

No where does it say that any cruelty was involved on the cow. The man killed just was near a carcass. So no different to how any other animal is killed. Slaughter houses are much worse.

That means many of the victims are NOT Muslims. It's the killing of cows, a law most people understand in India, that leads to this problem.

Try as you might, it doesn't seem to be a Muslim thing. This Muslims as victims card has been used far too long.

 

When Muslims stop throwing gays off buildings, it'll be easier to feel sympathy for them.

I should add, anyone who goes to a Muslim country and draws a picture of Mohammed gets precisely the same treatment.

I gotta agree with you. What goes around comes around. The Muslims have been terrorizing people around the world for years. One of the worst places for their terrorism is India. A religion that throws gays off buildings while hundreds cheer, slices the heads off Christians and post it on the internet, those flying aircraft into buildings are treated as heroes, on and on. These people will get no sympathy from me when the S*** hits the fan.
