Sorry, I forgot. My ancestors are not from Germany and in the 1940s they fought against the Wehrmacht in their occupied country. Most people would say 'nice try', but in this case it's not even that. That police offical Rainer Wendt you mentioned is currently under investigation for corruption, embezzlemet, and hiding additional income. He claimed his salary as a super intendent without being active in that position and was on the board of five different companies without declaring his earning from these posts, which is illegal as a civil servant. There is a disciplinary enquiry going on, he's stepped down from all his posts and has completely disappeared from the media. Nice source.
