I hope everyone has a peaceful protest as is their right and that there is no violence on any side.

    Good luck.

    Let's understand the Swastika https://www.ushmm.org/wlc/en/article.php?ModuleId=10007453

    HISTORY OF THE SWASTIKA
    [IMG]
A Maypole topped with a swastika is raised for a May Day parade in the Lustgarten in Berlin. The May holiday became an important celebration in the Nazi calendar. Germany, April 26, 1939.

    — National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Md.

The swastika is an ancient symbol that was in use in many different cultures for at least 5,000 years before Adolf Hitler made it the centerpiece of the Nazi flag. Its present-day use by certain extremist groups promotes hate.

It was used at least 5,000 years before Adolf Hitler designed the Nazi flag. The word swastika comes from the Sanskrit svastika, which means “good fortune” or “well-being." The motif (a hooked cross) appears to have first been used in Neolithic Eurasia, perhaps representing the movement of the sun through the sky. To this day it is a sacred symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It is a common sight on temples or houses in India and Indonesia. Swastikas also have an ancient history in Europe, appearing on artifacts from pre-Christian European cultures. For centuries a symbol of good luck and auspiciousness, the swastika even found expression in Byzantine and Christian art.

Of course your side would. You see the effect and call it the cause. Being Antifascist doesn't even REMOTELY mean neo communist as a little thing called WW2 attested to.

Yeah. BLM. Black lives matter. Not the scumbag false internet fascist aussie who ran the biggest BLM website or the russian trolls spewing all kinds of incredible bullshit, but the activists who are legitimately protesting blatant social injustice within the american justice system.

And Antifa is simply an antifacist organization that uses fascist tactics against fascists. They exist as an effect of the fascist disease, not the cause.

Politics changes all the time. You have no point other than you're partisan for your side. As far as I'm concerned ANTIFA's are lazy little pseudo commies who are headed for an unpleasant sudden stop when they pull one of their stunts in the wrong place and at wrong time.

I was speaking of the domestic BLM and the acts in which they engage.

Totally not surprised at your binary partisan perception. Them bumperstickers slapped on your forehead appear permanently affixed.

I support antifa, but I sure as hell don't support commies and considering that the vast majority of the world thinks fascists are societies equivalent of pond scum, I'd say the reality of the anti fascist movement is self evident. But feel free to judge the majority by a small minority of members. I do it all the time with neo nazi's AND commies but because I am an anti fascist, I acknowledge your right to freedom of expression and the right to be wrong.

Yes, the aussie was running a BLM website DISGUISED as US based, directly targetting the domestic market.

We both know its a fact that a large group of angry legitimate protestors can be transformed into a riotous mob by the actions of a handful of thugs, agenda driven or merely criminal.

Sorry I don't place bumpers stickers on anything. I suggest you delete that statement.
And I don't support antifa. Their behavior speaks for themselves and ultimately my right to be right will be born out. At least most of the so called neo-nazis appear to have employment. Antifa no so much.

Your right to be right requires you to be right in the first place.

Neo nazis have jobs and antifas dont? MOre idiotic bumpersticker bullshit. but then again in my decades of experience in confronting such fascist scum, its par for the course to spew such unsubstantiated nonsense as justification for small minded bigotry

Oh? IN that case so are neo-nazis and white supremacists. I support the goals of antifa. Crush scumbag fascists every time they crawl out from under their rocks.

    As your churlish picture proves.

If it sounds like a nazi, it acts like a nazi, it hates like a nazi, it fears like a nazi, it smells like a nazi and looks like a nazi, its a nazi.

Use those filters when assessing who is who and you too will be able to easily identify the pond scum. Works every time.
