So the question of why Trump won is not because most Trump voters made an informed decision.. Instead it can be credited to a combination of two things. First, conservative and Russian propaganda is very effective at convincing people of outright lies.. Second, Many Trump voters are obviously gullible and ignorant and so uninformed that they don't even know the unemployment rate went down during Obama's presidency and over half don't even know if the stock market went up during Obama.

In reality, the propaganda is so effective, only because the Trump voters are so gullible and ignorant, and chugging the propaganda Kool-Aid. I believe the term for that is "useful idiot"

This is what you get when so many Americans have been brainwashed that it is the mainstream media that is lying, when actually it is the right wing media, and social media, that is lying to them. But that is what good propaganda does, gets people to not trust sources of truth and facts, and peddles lies that appeal to the base instincts of anger and hatred.

 

Hillary was the victim of an "unpresidented" propaganda campaign by a foreign power and its lackies. I'm sure at some point, we'll get over the fact that the Trump cabinet is filled with russophiles, but being upset about this political coup by Russia is understandable. Of course, many people are upset at this dissolution of American hegemony so expect the civil unrest to worsen as more and more people come to realize that they've been snookered by charlatan with a really bad haircut.

 

Being that Hillary won the popular vote - as the liberals never stop reminding us - doesn't that mean that whatever Putin did or did not do either worked in Hillary's favor or did not work at all?

Yep! Just today Putin's number one pawn, Donald J. Trump mentioned that he was going to expand America's nuclear capabilities. That's exactly what Putin wants.

 

What's comical is Trump has already put himself out there to ally with nations and help create jobs and he hasn't even been sworn in yet. In other words he's already doing what Obama didn't and couldn't do and the leftists HATE it.

Well, here's the deal. Let's say for the sake of argument that the Russians were the source of the Wikileaks. (Assange says that they weren't, but let's just put that aside for the time being and say that they were). So are you trying to say that it would have been better if the American electorate was not made aware of all of the shenanigans taking place within the DNC? Do you believe that any of the information brought to light was not factually correct? Because if the information was factually correct (and by all indications it is), and if the information was helpful in preventing a corrupt party / candidate from winning the presidency (and by all indications it was), shouldn't we be thanking the folks who saw to it that that information made it out to we voters? The really shameful thing is that in the past, it was investigative journalism that was relied on to get to the bottom of things like this, where today we have to rely on Wikileaks. I am thankful that Wikileaks was able to uncover the information that they did; in the absence of this happening, Hillary Clinton would probably have won the presidency, and given the Wikileaks information, that would have been travesty.

Hillary would have lost anyway. Most of the media barely covered the leaks, partly because they were exposed as a bunch DNC lapdogs. When they did cover them it was to question their ties to Russia, like good little lapdogs. Hillary lost because she sucks. But the left wants to lie to themselves and blame the Russians. I understand why people hate Hillary. What I CANT understand is why you don't hate Trump. Are blue-sky promises really all it takes to undo the evil he has expressly stated he wants? Torture, internment camps, attacks on the free press, the love of war, what about this guy is not horrifying?

Are we really a nation of torturers now? Do you know how many American soldiers have died to defeat this sort of tyranny. It is a betrayal all of those who died for the cause of justice.

 

That was one of the polling sites that had Trump losing by quite a bit.... Why believe them now specially when Salon of all sites is peddling them?

 

But we did, except it had nothing to do with Russia. We voted against the corrupt establishment, ruling elites, lobbyists and special interests destroying the country, the libs voted for the plutocracy and the oligarchy.

Nah, Russia has been peddled by US/Western establishment propaganda as a "boogey man" for 70 years, and it's been swallowed by little old ladies and lefties!
Russia is on the other side of the planet and could therefore never invade America, but the lefties still go running for their "safe spaces" where they sit rocking on their haunches sucking their thumbs and breaking out their coloring books and comfort blankets..
