The medical examiner said ..." precipitated by poor health" Now I suppose if I push a little old lady down a flight of stairs, I could argue that it wasn't the push that killed her, it was her age. The US is just exceptionally racist. Data like this show how the US justice system is part of that US culture. It's just very hard for the Americans to admit to these facts.

Statistics are only a reflection of an event and not the "cause" of any "effect."

 

I see you haven't spent a great deal of time in the real world.
But I can show you neighborhoods where it is suicide to go in white.

 

Of course statistics justify judging a man by his skin color. It is not a matter of cause and effect, but one of correlation. If black men commit more violent crime than white men, a statistical fact, then it pays to be more wary of black men.

Your insistence on individuality is a consequence of Europeans subsisting on wheat. The Asians grew rice, which provides the most calories per acre of any staple crop. But it requires much cooperation to grow. Wheat provides fewer calories per acre but is easier to grow and requires less cooperation. So China developed a dense and communitarian society and evolution selected for communitarian humans.

Europe developed a less dense and individualistic society and individualistic humans were selected for.

The old nature vs nurture debate has been decided in favor of nature. And different races have different natures. Ayn Rand has been proven wrong by science.
