This is something that I've never understood about the US government. I don't see how its act of promoting hostilities with the global population is supposed to promote trade and improve global relations. It's so puzzling.

 

The Palestinians will eventually have their own country(s)...it is inevitable.

Fine declare Palestine a state. Then when they launch rockets at Israel it will be an act of war and Israel will be free to retaliate with whatever force is necessary to force Palestine's surrender or complete and final death.

The UN General Assembly can symbolically declare a Palestinian state on Jewish land, just like it can also declare Disney Land a state, but outside the UN General Assembly it is totally meaningless since the UN General Assembly doesn't have the authority to bestow statehood.

Indeed, if the Obama administration wasn't so incredibly incompetent and inept and really didn't secretly support this insanity, it could have easily stopped this monstrosity in its tracks long ago by simply threatening to withdraw US funding of the UN and also by threatening to stop foreign aid to the member countries that support this monstrosity.

As a matter of fact, it is absolutely ludicrous to continue supporting countries that not only always vote against us at the UN but also that supports facilitating Islamic totalitarianism. Indeed, there should be strings attached to foreign aid, and because the UN General Assembly has been hijacked and co-opted by the Islamic world and turned into a weapon of mass destruction used incessantly to bash Israel and the US, the US should immediately cease supplying funding for it.

 

Your reply/rebuttal above was superb ; I learned something from it such as the excerpt above. I did not know the UN justified Israel’s self-defensive preemptive strike. One would think that the UN friendly, anti Israel members here would agree with the ruling, after all they seem to defend every anti-Israel resolution that comes out of the UN. Could the usual suspects have a double standard? Yes double yes triple yes! They and the world has a huge double standard when it comes to (attempting to) force Israel to give away her land!

Its so much easier to say the UN ruled in Israel’s favor than to attempt to describe to our naïve ‘Israel can do no right members’ usual suspects all the events and why’s that led up to Israel’s preemptive strike! And its not too difficult to understand why these same usual suspects that would blame Israel for defending herself would want Israel to put herself in a worse, probably fatal defensive position by giving up the territories won in that war to the very same people (if seen in a cultural light, read Arabs) who attacked her in the first place! If Israel does cave in to the UN’s extortion and of the third worlds pressure, she will deserve what happens after giving up her defensive positions. That next thing will be WAR.
