Their hair is not the problem, their 7th century culture and mentality are. Their 7th century haircuts merely reflects their 7th century minds and souls.

What about Talmudic culture, and those curlers?

That must mess the psyche up, right?

Personally I don't like those prehistoric creeps much either. At least they are peaceful, wage no holy wars (jihads), stick to themselves, don't try to expand their numbers or spread their religion all over the world as "the only true faith", in fact they try their best to avoid converts.

Let's stick with Gaza. They DID pull out, despite your protestation to the contrary and they only shelled Gaza in response to rockets being fired on Israeli civilians.

I honestly wish this would happen, but it won't in a million years.

No, the neoZionists maintained a matrix of control, such that the United Nations still regards Palestine as being under Israeli occupation. Israel controls Gaza's land , sea and air. That's Occupation- and it's illegal.
The Zionists continued to shell Gaza after they relocated their illegal squatters to other parts of Palestine- and this whilst Hamas held a unilateral ceasefire. That ceasefire became impossible to maintain after the Zionists committed the Gaza Beach Atrocity, wherein they shelled picnickers and murdered an entire family. The Shalit terrorist was kidnapped from his tank soon afterwards.

I'm only interested in the truth. Your brand of neoZionist propaganda garbage doesn't even have the interest of fresh concoction.

Well the ICC route intigues me.

I am no expert on it's every nuance or criticism, or to what level people would even call it effective to any proper level, but it is one route that has been mentioned, a few times.

And that is fair enough, esp as it seems there are people legally qualified and ITK, in these areas, who are representing them. I do not know what the process demands, but I am sure it is made overly political and complex, on purpose, so as to render it at least partially toothless - that is my impression anyway. After all, you don't really think the worse of men would ever permit any system that acted in full, with balance at all times, and was free of obstacles, do you? Not anymore than they would permit true democracy.

    To get a measure how good a route this is, we need to find out certain things;

Such as, how many cases have ever been brought before them, by whom and against whom?

In how many of those cases did the ICC act against those brought to them?

And in those cases, what became of the people that were collared?

And naturally, it goes without really saying, that since yer 'Neo Zionists' (sic), have a reach into everything, everywhere, using bribery, blackmail, subversion, pressure, that the ICC will be afflicted by the same.

The ICC is for prosecuting individuals. No doubt there are plenty of neoZionist individuals who will end up before it later, but for the time being the Palestinians will be addressing the ICJ, the International Courts of Justice, which is the UN arm for dealing with inter-State cases. Palestine is now recognised as a State, inarguably, although both the US of AIPAC and the Zionists are kicking and bawling that it isn't.

I am perhaps less optimistic than you are, about this route, however, by all means, they should attempt it without further delay.

They keep saying 'consider', and you may say that is due to them getting their case together, but, after 65yrs, you really have all the case you are ever going to have.

In other words, there should be no more dithering, if their case is sound and righteous, then bring it forward, and let us test this 'ICC'. by all means, let us see what it is really worth. Of course, many of those you could make a historical case against are dead now, so who is the case made against, it would be beyond useless if one or two were thrown out as a sort of sacrifice, to be the fall guys, I don't really see what that would achieve, if it were just a one or two. It is not like they have lived under the fist of ONE man for all those years, so they cannot use the excuse of no elections etc.

The US of AIPAC cannot survive without the United Nations. Nobody can. WW4 ( WW3 is being fought right now ) would be nuclear and final. So, although the US of AIPAC regularly craps on the integrity of the UN by abusing its position it cannot afford to have it collapse. Israel, by repeatedly embarrassing its meal-ticket , has already weakened America's standing to the point wherein its actions are not only predictable but the butt of jokes. Having Obama veto his own policy on Middle East peace was a milestone in America's diplomatic humiliation. The 138-9 victory for Palestinian Statehood - in the face of outraged US of AIPAC opposition - was another. If the Palestinians now prosecute Israel the ICJ will, undoubtedly, find in their favour. The US of AIPAC would then block any implementation of the courts recommendations, thus bringing itself further into disrepute and perhaps putting the final straw onto the back of the straining UN camel. That's what is so dangerous about Zionism. By blatant scorn for the rule of international law it is undermining the security of the entire world. The world asks itself- ' What is more important, the security of the scourge of Zionism or the security of everybody else ' ? It might seem like an oversimplification but that's because the truth of it gets obscured by the manufactured Zionist fog.

Nonsense. The US doesn't need the UN which has become a disorganized and politically impotent organization. The only reason that we stay is because we started the organization, we are the most powerful political influence and we are the most powerful member of the Security Council.

We couldn't care less what the palestinians do. They are little more than an annoyance. Being an observer state at the UN is politically like being at the kiddie table.

' We ' ? Who's 'we' ? Middle class white evangelist America ? In 30 years the entire US will be run by Latinos and Hispanics. ' We' will be yesterday.

    Hi,

Okay, I listened to it, and wasn't impressed. For one thing, and I am not clear here, is she saying that they needed to wait until they were a member state of the ICC commitee, before they could lodge their case? That seems to be what she begins out by saying, and then, dissapointingly, it then starts to sound more like them using it as some sort of make weight, based on merely some possible new settlements. What I am trying to say, is that if they believe they have a case, then they should be going ahead, irrespective of the latest settlements. What will they do if Isael size it up, and think, okay, we will put a 'freeze' on them. Is that it? They agree not to lodge their case, who knows what rights they would sign away in the process.

If their case of war crimes is sound and they have the evidence and testimony, and the means, and the facility, the only honest position is to go all the way with this, and not let it depend on some settlements.

As long as there aren't any palestinians on the Security Council I couldn't care less. And there won't be.

Juan Cole? The guy doesn't source his information and he's obviously prejudiced against Israel. His credibility is at best questionable.
