A Catholic who took in a Palestinian mother and her son as tenants using half his house. Pretty likely this guy is a nutcase because he murdered the kid and almost killed the mother. Regardless of what the FBI says the Catholics in general are NOT a threat. All religions have individual nutcases.

You wanna see what a parent is supposed to do? Go listen to some of those Israelis. Their parents were shot and dying and threw themselves at the attackers or on top of their children to try to save them. It’s not a movie. It’s just having a clarity of moral character.

We don't know his motive for what he did. By looking at the guy he looks like an easy target for harassment. Is it possible the young boy was doing this? Why has be been so quickly charged with a hate crime? Just because the boy was a Muslim? What proof is there to establish this charge?

Or because she'd never experienced much int he way of violent crime in her lifetime never considered it necessary. On average more than half of American households don't own firearms and the vast majority of those households never have cause to need one - ever. Doesn't make them wrong, doesn't make you right. It's a choice and a 'free' country. Time comes? Perhaps one day you may need one of those firearms you claim to own. I hope that never happens. Statistically though it's highly unlikely.

He attacked her immediately after entering the residence, and stabbed her 12 times before she managed to get into the bathroom. That being the case, even if she had a gun somewhere in the house (and maybe she did), its unlikely she would have been able to get to it.

 

So half of your team aren't. So, the majority of democrats aren't in favor of the death penalty is what you really wrote. It looks like your party seems terribly conflicted then.

Whether one agrees with the hate crime laws or not, this seems to fit that said criteria.
