The following are verifiable facts, each item links to the source story.

    1. Charged with Discrimination in the 70s:
      • In the 1970s, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Fred Trump (Donald Trump’s father) and Donald Trump himself. The lawsuit alleged racial discrimination in their rental properties. The Trumps settled the case with a consent decree, which required them to take steps to prevent further discrimination.
    2. Sued by Over 200 Contractors for Stiffing Them:
      • There have indeed been numerous lawsuits against the Trump Organization by contractors and subcontractors who claimed they were not paid for their work. These cases span several decades and involve various construction projects associated with the Trump brand.
    3. Trump Charity Forced to Close Due to Embezzlement:
      • The Trump Foundation, a charitable organization, was dissolved in 2018 after an investigation by the New York Attorney General’s office. The investigation revealed that the foundation engaged in self-dealing, including using funds for non-charitable purposes and political contributions. As a result, the foundation was ordered to pay $2 million in restitution and penalties.
    4. Settled for $25,000,000 in Fake University Scam:
      • Trump University, a real estate training program, faced multiple lawsuits alleging fraud and deceptive practices. In 2016, Trump agreed to a $25 million settlement to resolve these claims. The lawsuits accused Trump University of making false promises and misleading students about the quality of education they would receive.
    5. Filed for Bankruptcy 6 Times:
      • Donald Trump’s business ventures have indeed faced bankruptcy proceedings. Notably, his Atlantic City casinos filed for bankruptcy four times in the 1990s and early 2000s. Other Trump-related entities have also filed for bankruptcy, totaling six instances.
    6. Paid a Porn Star and a Playmate to Keep Quiet:
      • Adult film actress Stormy Daniels received a $130,000 payment from Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump. Additionally, Karen McDougal, a former Playboy Playmate, claimed she had an affair with Trump and was paid $150,000 by the National Enquirer’s parent company to suppress her story.
    7. Leveraged Son-in-Law’s Position for $2 Billion from Mohammed Bin Salman:
      • Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, reportedly played a role in facilitating a $2 billion arms deal between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. Critics raised concerns about the deal given the Saudi government’s human rights record and the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Kushner’s involvement and financial gains were scrutinized.
    8. Kicked Toddler Nephew Off Health Care Plan to Spite His Niece:
      • Mary Trump, Donald Trump’s niece, claimed in her book that Trump cut off health insurance for her brother’s child (who has cerebral palsy) as part of a family dispute over inheritance. The details of this incident were documented in her book, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.
    9. Associates Convicted and Sent to Prison:
      • Several individuals associated with Trump have faced legal troubles. Notably, Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, personal attorney Michael Cohen, and national security adviser Michael Flynn were convicted or pleaded guilty to various charges. These convictions were related to their actions during Trump’s campaign or presidency.
    10. Trump Organization Convicted of Fraud and Felony Counts:
      • As mentioned earlier, the Trump Organization was found guilty on all counts in a criminal tax fraud trial. The charges included scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, and falsifying business records. The company faces fines of approximately $1.6 million.
    11. Many of Trump's Lawyers Disbarred/disciplined for Unethical Practices:
      • Giuliani, Cohen, Ellis, Eastman, and the three Trump-allied attorneys have all faced disciplinary actions or disbarment due to their involvement in legal matters related to Trump and the 2020 election
    12. He cheated his deceased brother's estate out of their inheritance:
      • Mary Trump’s lawsuit against her uncle Donald Trump involved allegations related to the inheritance of her father’s estate. The case centered on claims that Donald Trump and his siblings manipulated their father’s will to reduce Mary’s share of the inheritance. This is directly related to #8, above.

This man is a swamp creature from the getgo.

No president in history comes close to the evil that this man represents.

And now a prominent poll on who are the best to worst presidents rank Trump at the very bottom. https://truthout.org/articles/trump...-in-survey-of-best-presidents-in-u-s-history/

So, how then, can you ethically vote for Trump, given these facts about him?

Please explain, if you don't mind. I'm curious to how you are going to rationalize it because you could have gotten similar stats with just about any other conservative, unless, of course, it's his pandering and anti-lib rhetoric which is the real reason you voted for him, eh? Are you willing to admit that if that were true?

How dare you question God's choice?

Trump is the chosen one, the one who will cleanse the US of all its sins.

But to fulfill his incredible destiny, he needs money.

So I'm taking advantage of this forum to urge MAGAs to buy Trump sneakers.

With these on your feet, you're sure to get noticed.... and make America great again.

I don’t plan on voting for Trump. But his record isn’t any worse than what politicians have done to millions over the years. They have destroyed our dollar, put us massive debt, made it impossible for our kids to do better than us the parents, give free food to fat welfare cows while people are starving in our streets.

and that’s just policy. Let’s not go into the insider trading, crooked money schemes, pay to play, laws that exempts them, pay raises with a vote while we pay more in inflation essentially robbing its citizens. And let’s not mention paying for votes with college hand outs while using our money to do so even in a time of inflation.

politicians are the worlds biggest crooks.

Doesn't his handling of the pandemic and his attempt to overturn the election count for you?

I don’t think any politician has higher moral grounds than Trump. They’re all power hungry and self serving morons. However yes, the fake electors was the only thing I would say is a big problem that exceeds corruption.

I totally reject the cynicism of some who trivialize Trump's actions 'because all politicians are corrupt anyway'.

Some people don't yet have the historical hindsight to judge objectively what Trump has done, but I'm absolutely convinced that Trump will go down as the most dangerous politician in US history.

In 25 years' time, our children won't be able to believe that the US could ever have elected such a corrupt, lying, depraved guy.

I’m not even a trump fan, in fact I really dislike him as President for a host of reasons.

But those reasons are based on his governing ability.

Not a single reason you list on the other hand has anything whatsoever to do with his actual role to be President.

    Not. A. Single. One.

That’s frankly astounding that in a vote to be President the actual policies he would enact or not don’t even hit your radar. As if what’s good for the country takes a backseat to cult of personality, or in your case, the cult of just personally disliking him.

At the end of the day, there’ll be 2 main candidates to choose from. You should at least try to pretend you give a crap about policy from time to time, since, you know, the country should be more important than anything else.

I think each and every one of them is more moral than Trump, including Nixon.

Your 'everyone does it' argument is tired rhetoric and won't work on me, sorry.

I gave THE POINT OF THE OP in the last paragraph, so I will repeat:

You put a lot of effort into doing this post. But we are now dealing with a mindset that has been formed in a collective way that will not accept FACTS.... but only THEIR version of "reality"......the version that Trump spews and repeats until they had become "conditioned" to believe as they do.

They have bough into his victim rhetoric , and because he is so vindictive , aggressive .....they see that as a "strong " leader . They interpret that as "decisive, action oriented, rebellious against what they think is wrong with the system.. His simplistic approach appeals to them. They are fully prepared to do whatever he asks of them. They don't want facts, reason , or rational thinking. They simply want Trump.

That is HISTORY. (and it certainly was not great ) We need to hear his ideas for policies for the coming term if elected. If he is relying on how he did things before: That is not good enough. The world has changed. and is in a more dangerous place. His attitude to Putin is carrying over , even now, so that is where his support lies. Not the nation Putin attacked. Or the killing of his opponant......who was smarter, and freedom loving and would have been great for Russian. Trump sides with dictators. That is problematic.

I'd rather vote for RFK. But apparently his heresy against the corporate church of pharmaceuticals has left him unelectable. Unless there's some major shift in the next 9 months, I'll be voting for Trump.

Trump is the next least likely candidate to be seeking to 'regulate' ME. Frankly I don't give a flying **** what 'revenge' he might unleash against our corrupt, unelected bureaucracy. I hope he fires them all and replaces them with people we've never heard of. Randos off the street would be better than what we got. What he isn't going to be doing is restricting our fuel, cars, stoves, guns, speech, or mandating that we take experimental medicines, subsidize more illegal immigrants, pay higher taxes, pretend men with beards are 'women' or provocateur more foreign wars. Is he gonna make America great? Prolly not, if his next four are anything like his last four. But also he's not gonna make everything drastically shittier either (unless you're eagerly triggered, in which case ...sorry I guess), and if that's the best we can do, I'll take it.

RFK would be better. Vivek woulda been better. But the 'never Trumpers' arent 'never Trumper enough' to vote for anything that isn't hyper-leftist-globalist-radical-corporate-authoritarian-progressive. So Trump it is.

Yep, Biden has ushered in quite a new geopolitical era of chaos, war and instability around the world, I totally understand you’d like to know more how Trump will clean up that mess, so would I.

But I’m under no delusion that keeping the dementia ridden mummified husk that let our allies rain from the sky to go splat is the status quo we want to keep around. Recent History is looking very very nice by comparison to how close we are to WWIII.

If I had my way both Biden and Trump would be consigned to the dustbin of political history. Unfortunately both parties are a bit insane right now.

How much extra weight can you give the whole loving dictators thing as it concerns the Right and Putin versus how much the Left loves Hamas and China? How close is Iran to getting nukes again? Which one is going to strengthen our military, weakened by years of Democrat wokenization? Who’s going to make us energy independent?

and I haven’t even touched on immigration, fentanyl, crime, education, transgender overlordship, or myriad other ways Democrats are undermining society.

So sure, there’s lots to know. But there’s also lots you should know already. And what you should know is, sad as it might be, enough that when forced to choose between two bad candidates, the choice is still very very clear

Even if some of those lies and talking points were true, that is not why they fear him. They fear an end to a left wing establishment agenda and they know they've overplayed their Marxist hand!

Because he has an uncanny knack of voicing popular dissatisfaction with the government, he's a buffoon but people don't care because they finally have someone voicing the same worries that they do whilst the political elite ignore or despise them.

I look at your list and then I think about the recent decision against Trump in New York.

What else on that list is made up? They convict him of a crime when there is no victim and, in fact, the banks benefited by his so called "fraud". Even worse, the left cheered this terrible judgement.
