You really think the decision not to charge Comey with a crime was because there wasn't any evidence against him. No, it's because it's just the tip of the iceberg. What's red herring about it? Hillary Clinton paid a foreign national to manufacture lies about Trump to keep him from being elected. The FBI knowing it was fake used it to attack Trump and leaked it to the media to try and destroy his reputation.

This BS is from the Reality Free Zone. Mueller didn't find evidence of collusion, said so, but he did find evidence Trump interfered with the investigation. More important, there is evidence having nothing to do with Trump of Russia interfering in the 2016 election. Trump should be doing something to stop them from interfering.

Trump went too far when he tried to extort Zelensky. He should be impeached and booted out by the Senate if that phone transcript is accurate.

The attorney firm for the Clinton campaign paid an American company for opposition research. As part of that research, the American company paid Steele's company for part of that research. Various people brought the dossier to the attention of the FBI. The FBI used part of the dossier to support its FISA warrant request regarding the surveillance of Carter Page. No one has claimed the entire dossier was verified; no responsible source has claimed the entire dossier was unverified. The FBI briefed Trump on the dossier prior to its public release subsequently by BuzzFeed, in early January 2017. Who leaked it to BuzzFeed was probably either Steele himself or someone else who had a copy...and by January 2017, there were many copies around. Whereas the investigation into Russian contacts with the campaign, Trump was not a target of the investigation, as he was told by Comey on several occasions. It was only AFTER Comey's firing that Trump himself became a target in regard to potential obstruction of justice.

 

When Bill Clinton was impeached, there were 7 offenses against him. He was even the first President to start an illegal war, and he bombed Belgrade for 78 days under false premises killing thousands of civilians. There is not even one offense against Donald Trump.

Trump cannot be impeached and the Democrats know it. It's just another one of their means to distract the American people from their own criminality. Should it ever happen though, then I suggest taking shelter, because there will be a civil war - and there is nothing worse than a civil war. It brings out the worse in people.

1) Take it up with a Clinton supporter. I support Clinton's impeachment.

2) The Constitution says war has to be declared by Congress. Clinton is not the first President to take military action without a Congressional declaration of war.

3) Everything you've said is an evasion.

Reality says otherwise. He can be impeached. If you meant to say that he can't be convicted by the Senate and removed, then you are likely correct on the math. And? So what? That doesn't mean that the House can't impeach or that they shouldn't if they find reason to do so.
