The premise that Russia hacked the election and that Obama could have done something to stop them is what is stupid. Obama couldn't do anything to stop them because they didn't really do anything.

I'm pretty sure I included that in my previous post. Obama likely could have done more. But didn't. So that falls to Trump now who doesn't seem interested in doing Anything.

He could (if he wanted) ramp up sanctions on Russia, support Muellers investigation, use the vast resources of the United States to counter Russia, instill actual IT Security policies (good luck getting anyone in Govt into that.)
