Trump will probably pardon the Russian woman who was arrested today for spying and influence in US Elections

Best case, Trump is a bootlicking coward.

    Worst case, he's a traitor.

In either case, it makes his supporters love him even more.

Your right. You don't get it.
Facebook is taking actions. Trump is not. See the difference?

This is just the first step for the Deep State to take over the internet the way the communists in china have

We should take steps to secure our voting machines and voter data base

But censorship of thoughts and words By liberals who hate Deplorables?

    Thats a slippery slope

How would I know? As Obama pointed out, it would do no good. Nations try to influence other nations elections all the time, we are probably the worst offender, which Putin would promptly point out.
That is why we react with counter-intelligence operations not criminal indictments, you know like the counterintelligence operation that Susan Rice ordered a stand down on.
You don't seem to think so good. With Mueller's foolish and worthless grand-standing for a domestic political audience, he has issued indictments that are laughing stock, that will never see the inside of a courtroom, so will never be tried, and due to our presumption of innocence for the indicted, our official position now is that these Russians are presumed innocent of the charges, which will never be tried, so this is a position that will never be changed. And we have set the precedent for worthless grandstanding indictments against foreign intelligence officers, which, I'm sure everyone will happily reciprocate, given that we likely interfere with elections more than anyone.

And if the indicted are presumed innocent, how much more the unindicted, which includes Trump and everyone else on the campaign? Don't blame me for the incredibly stupid position you find yourselves in, we told you the whole time that you clowns were using a counter-intelligence system and misapplying it to criminal justice because you wanted to circumvent the 4th amendment. Now that it has all blown up in your face, don't look at us.

This is why we have rules, which you clowns refused to follow, well, enjoy your car wreck.

Face book now has a tool so you can check if you were a Russian sucker. You should try it.
They now have a paid for by line for political and issue adds.
They have added better verification for identity and location for people buying ads.
    So Tag. Your it.
Give us three actions Trump has taken.

That's because his last round was against people not companies.
Your response makes it obvious you don't read, just type.

That's ok, I'm just a little Canadian Large Mouth Bass.

Who asked him to 'go back'? I'm saying work on the problem as it exists today. But then that would mean admitting their is a problem and acknowledging that blaming Obama only gets you so far.

When Russia finally stops acting like an International Bull who can do whatever it wants without consequence. And those sanctions wouldn't be there if Trump had his way. Thank God the Republican held congress still has a few functioning cells upstairs.

And Kenneth Starr was investigating a real estate deal. So what? New information breaks that is investigated. He's moved passed the specific idea of a collusionary deal between Putin and Trump. Continuing to laser focus on that one specific point shows that you and many others doing the same don't want to acknowledge the very real problem that is Russia.
I said counter. You said influence. I think it would behoove the US to stop interfering with others Elections, but that doesn't mean the US has to just let Russia do what it wants without any response.

And really, are you going to actually use the 'well we did it too/first' argument?

State level elections organizers are definitely Govt entities. It wasn't just the DNC. And really, the DNC is as close to a Govt entity as you can get without going over. They have enough info and secrets that they should have among the same levels of cyber protection in place.
I never said, nor thought that this is the first time they have tried to influence the Elections. This is just the first time they have had a willing (if ignorant or otherwise) or unwilling help from within the Country. Since 2013 Russia has been courting the Far Right in the US. Republican support of Putin went up from 13% in 2015 to 22% in 2017. That's pretty huge.

That's cool that your son works in Cyber Security. It's something I always wanted to do but life choices did not take me in that direction. Nice to chat with someone other then CTRL (and maybe one or two others) who actually understand the IT world.

Because he is the President of the United States. That's why he matters more then a Former POTUS when it comes to solving a problem that's happening right now.

You mean like Trumps and his teams personal emails, Trumps personal phone that he doesn't allow to get scrubbed monthly as per IT policy.

And yeah, those other things to. What you think I would absolve Hillary for her retarded ideas about IT security? She (and most of the politicians in both our countries Govts) haven't a friggen clue about IT and security and any and all policies should be enforced as hard as possible.

Amazing that Trump supporters haven't figured out that he is selling out America. Do tell though if Russia is our best buddy why Trump needs all that defense spending.

Well we knew he was a coward. Can't fire people to their face. Only attacks by tweets and kowtows in person. His cowardice is well known. The fact that he is a quisling is becoming more and more obvious as he attacks our allies and cozys up to our rnemies.

Your imaginary two choices are war or surrender. Now that is a really intelligent arguement.

I reject your limited choice of war or submission

If you succeed in goading America into war with russia because you are pissed that hillary was such a lousy candidate you will be the first to complain about that too

Paul Ryan, lol. You guys still haven't figured out that the two party system was obsolete in the last election. Outsiders were the two front runners.

Of course I read it was companies. I included that in my post. The fact that he dealt with those indictments so haphazardly makes me question the legitimacy of the newest rounds. I've already read several bits about how ludicrous some of them are already.

Even though as Spooky said, they were spectacularly wrong about Saddam's WMD? And who knows what else?? They all fooling you and you're falling for it! But don't worry because 95% of Americans are with you!
