    Personal adore that Gavin is still in charge. It means we get to see California slide further into the gutter!

    Anyone wanna take bets that he doesn't solve both the illegal immigration problem or the housing prices or the homeless? Anyone?

    Yet Ca, per an earlier link of mine, is 5th in the Nation in household income. So, there's not that much 'free stuff'.
    That's largely RW talking point. But they do want to roll back most all safety nets. Even though they never really do. Look at the repeal and replacement of ACA. All talk and never a plan.

    California is 49th in average IQ, which is a better explanation for their preference of homeless poop and needles over sensible policy.

    Stacey Abrams has stated that she lost the GA governor's race due to America being a racist country. If that's true, the so did Larry Elder lose CA. Two states, two historic opportunities squandered due to the ugliness of racism.

    Racism has existed since homo sapiens lost their tails and began to walk upright. Of course it still exists. Obviously, since California denied a black man the first governor's seat in its history and stuck with the "all rich white men party."

    If Stacey Abrams lost GA because -- in her own words -- America is racist, so did Larry Elder lose CA. Do the math.

    It seems to me these days people hate other people far more for what political dogma they follow than what color their skin is. Conservatives seem to love the black challenger for governor, and liberals seemed to have rallied behind the white governor. Back in Obama's time liberals loved Obama, even though he was black, and these days conservatives can't stand Biden, who is white. So it seems no one gives a damn what color someone's skin is, which is nice. What isn't so nice is that both sides love throwing around accusations of racism when it scores them political points. Political dogma seems more important than even religion and family ties these days. It's beyond absurd.

    Well, I mean since Progressives have spent the past 5 years attributing every little thing to racism, it must be legit right?

    IOW, yes it IS comedy gold when people attribute every little thing to racism. That's the freaking point.

    When was Obama ever governor of California? I don't think you have your facts straight, friend. His career track: Community organizer -> Mostly-absent U.S. Senator from Illinois -> Leader of the free world. I don't see a stay in Sacramento in there anywhere...

    Uh? Did you read the OP? California voted for community organizer Barrack Hussein Obama NEVER for governor.

    A governor is the person who is in charge of an individual state. Stacey Abrams, for example, wanted to be the governor of Georgia, but racism prevented it from winning, just like racism prevented Larry Elder (and kept the rich white cis man) from winning California. I don't make the rules, I'm just reporting the facts.
