Yet that's all Obama ever did.

The lefts whinging regarding the meeting with Putin yesterday was a forgone conclusion, regardless of what actually happened.

Obama never stood up to a single country during his time in office.

He bent over for Russia, he bent over for Iran, he bent over in Syria, China slapped him around regularly....his international record between him, Clinton, and Kerry was the worst record in history.

Obama told us that we should greet our adversaries with an open hand rather than a clenched fist. The left was all nervous about Trump starting a war with NK, but now they seem to have no concerns about a war with Russia.

The left just hates, hates and hates some more. What's ironic is they now claim to also hate commies, the very people they loved until 2016.

Wrong Party.....that's the Demos and their Donors they hacked into. Hence all this deflection so the lame Stream wont focus on how they are all compromised.

Maybe if they can come up with some money Putin will give back Hillarys 33K emails for a price.

Plus they can throw in Letting the Russian Ambassador to sit with them again on the Floor of Congress.

So when it serves you the thread topic is vital to adhere to? Your citing of a source that portrays John McCain as a fool and unhinged zealot
for calling Rand Paul an agent of Russia is right on topic. And I thank you for your contribution, by the way.

Obama never looked upon himself as being an American and most liberals claim they are internationalist, citizens of the world not Americans.

An open hand doesn’t mean ignoring attacks on us
Not ignoring these attacks is also not a call to war.
So many strawman to avoid talking about the subject at hand.

You were in the process of creating a straw.....man off topic reference. Trying to create a distraction/deflection to derail the thread to a rabbit hole. You are welcome & anytime.

    What's reasonable about it.

Why, when Russia is fighting bloody proxy wars in Syria and Ukraine, and have spent years trying to influence the domestic politics of major western nations through as combination of outright espionage and cyber warfare, is it OUR obligation to go to them to open up lines of communication??????

    Explain that.

We already know about the lines of communication with Russian intelligence that Trump's (still unable to get a security clearance) son in law tried to set up. And the one that mercenary Erik Prince tried to set up. Of course, we weren't supposed to know...….

Not at all. I merely pointed out how what you thought your citation demonstrated turned out to be the complete opposite of the matter.

If the issue is Rand Paul and his view of Trump and Russia then your unintentional gaffe addressed that issue beautifully, though exactly opposite to the way you thought it would.

Rand Paul is a Libertarian who caucuses with the Republicans. He's very much an independent thinker, though he caves against his position too often for my tastes. As a general rule, though, I really respect Rand Paul.

Congress is 535 people. Who are the other 65 you are talking about?

What a joke of a response. Never mind ad hom fallacy followed by appeal to the raging masses (popularity) fallacy. Bernie Sanders was one of the only ones in all of Congress who voted against the Iraq war... did this make him wrong ?

What is laughable is your complete failure to address the message and default to demonization of the messenger.

Rand Paul has a proven track record of going against the Establishment. The man has principles - unlike the vast majority of Congress.

Oh and lets not forget Kerry and the Peep with Assads Chems. Putin confirmed Assad got rid of all of them.

It's called a fact. Not a "narrative". You cited something as having one point of view when in reality it had quite another.
I guess the large photos of Joe McCarthy next to John McCain that headed up your own citation didn't give you a clue.

This is only "about you" to the extent you presented the complete opposite message you intended to convey and if you want to try again
and make some sort of case for Rand Paul being an agent of the Russians, be my guest. I guess it can't make you look more
    in error.

Johnny Quest McCain was all upset when Rand Paul dumped on him for sitting with the Syrian Rebels, and not knowing who Al Baghdadi was.

What a bunch of nonsense. Russia is not fighting a proxy war in Syria ? Do you know what a "Proxy war" is? It is the US that was fighting a proxy war in Syria - arming and supporting Al Qaeda and ISIS.

US is the worst offender in relation to interfering with the democratic process of other nations.

"outright espionage" .. another ridiculous bunch of nonsense. Since when has Russia, the US, and most other first world nations on the planet NOT be involved in espionage on some level.

Your entire post is pot calling kettle black syndrome.
