More effort than people in this country are willing to do. Here's the thing. In 245 years of existence, there have been 17 amendments to the Constitution (since the original 10). France's current constitution has been in place for 63 years and is up to 89 articles.

Ah, we wish to continue with the Googling of stupidity quotes instead of discussing reparations. Looks like we hit the "Oh look! A squirrel" point of the discussion. Diversions instead of intelligent discourse.
