    The thing about money is that you can use it to do a lot of different things, so the answer is "it depends."

    Does that citizen need help to gain access to medication or treatment nearby? Money. Does that citizen need help to get back to the States? Money.

    Who is setting up the fund.. How do you apply.. Who verifies the billing and expenses?

    Dont you think it should be addressed BEFORE they vote on it?

    I personally am proud to live in a nation that it’s citizens are at risk for a possible pandemic but are more afraid of the medical bills to get tested and treated. The only first word nation on earth where that is an issue.

    What an absolutely amazing country!

    FISA is the most important issue of our time. Or as I call it: The Hitler Court, because that's what it is. Hitler and Gobbels would've loved this neat invention, it would've made rounding up the Jewish a whole lot easier.(And as we know, surveillance of political opponents.) We, the federal Republic of the United States of America regardless of 9/11 cannot accept this abomination in our nation's laws. It's not authorized by the constitution and itself unconstitutional as a violation of the fourth amendment.

    But we have no idea how much it will cost to develop at this point. Why don't we figure that out, then maybe, subsidize the cost to the drug companies?

    and why are Dems always jumping up to subsidize big pharm, but dislike helping out American farmers that produce the food for the world to eat?

    I find it strange that any questioning of what is occurring in this nation is met with “well then leave” from a party that literally had a slogan saying America was no longer great... The delusion and projection is humorous at least.

    It was Nixon who put in place wage and price controls and then existed through Ford and Carter. And they were disasterous. Carter asked for additional voluntary slow downs of price increases. It took Reagan and Volker to end them and then fight the inflation they had helped cause and it worked and we went into one of the longest periods of growth and prosperity in our history.

    How do you know that they will be charging $500 and that China could do it for $1. Source.

    Quite frankly I'd rather have one that is developed, tested, approved and manufactured here than in the country that caused this whole mess.

    Silly. Obamacare, ACA, was created by R's in the 1990s. Put in place in Mass by Romney. All the R's new what was in it.
