You dragged in Dday to compare it with as an example how it's not. While Dday is considered as (probably) the biggest amphibious invasion ever to be made. With that, you got no arguments how it's not. FYI the French immediately took over after Dday, unlike Korea where the US ruled Korea for years after they invaded the country.

I never said the US was involved. I said the US did support it.

    .
The US was in that position. Plenty of US companies are not allowed to do business with Russia, Iran and North Korea because of their domestic laws. And so the US just let their companies aid Nazi Germany to slave around citizens who had to make machines of war / US let their companies aid Nazi Germany with the industrial extermination of the Jews.

It's not, since the Molotoc-Ribbentrop pact was just a non-aggression pact. It wasn't a pact to be friends. And I add: you do not dare source you're right.
While the invasion of Poland is exactly the same with the UK/France agreeing that Nazi Germany gets to take over Sudetenland, with the blessing of the US.

The lesson to draw from this history is that authoritarian leaders must never be appeased. Putin must not be given even one parcel of land. Crimea must be liberated and returned to Ukraine, and if the Russians want it, they can negotiate for it properly instead of using disinformation, a rigged referendum, and unmarked soldiers to take it.

That's BS from front to back. You introduced D-Day into the discussion in #378.
As for the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, you seem to have overlooked the secret protocol.
". . . There was also a secret protocol to the pact, which was revealed only after Germany's defeat in 1945[102] although hints about its provisions had been leaked much earlier, such as to influence Lithuania.[103] According to the protocol, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland were divided into German and Soviet "spheres of influence".[102] In the north, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia were assigned to the Soviet sphere.[102] Poland was to be partitioned in the event of its "political rearrangement": the areas east of the Pisa, Narev, Vistula, and San Rivers would go to the Soviet Union, and Germany would occupy the west.[102] Lithuania, which was adjacent to East Prussia, was assigned to the German sphere of influence, but a second secret protocol, agreed to in September 1939, reassigned most of Lithuania to the Soviet Union.[104] According to the protocol, Lithuania would be granted its historical capital, Vilnius, which was controlled by Poland during the interwar period. Another clause stipulated that Germany would not interfere with the Soviet Union's actions towards Bessarabia, which was then part of Romania.[102] As a result, Bessarabia and also Northern Bukovina and Hertsa regions were occupied by the Soviets and integrated into the Soviet Union. . . . The facts are otherwise.
By decrees of June 24 and 28, 1941 the German Government blocked the assets of American Companies. This was done in response to the United States blocking German assets on June 14, 1941. According to one report even prior to the outbreak of war between Germany and the United States the foreign branches of some American enterprises had been integrated into the German war economy. And from looking at one claim file, I saw this was indeed true.

American company and bank assets were seized by a December 11, 1941, amendment to the Decree Concerning the Treatment of Enemy Property of January 15, 1940. These companies and bank assets were controlled by the Reich Commissioner for the Handling of Enemy Property (Reichskommissar fuer die Behandlung Feindliehen Vermoegens). . . .

I told you bore. They recently announced that war criminal nazi to be one of their national heroes by the Ukrainian government.
The nazi's march the streets with great pride because of that.

I compare that to your initial remark that the separatists are nazi criminals.
    Pot -> kettle.

He's responsible for genocide, collaborated with the nazi's, with his ways to fight for independence.
And at every post you're deliberately are fully ignoring he's a genocidal war criminal maniac.

Article 6 addresses the point that when Greece forces entered Cyprus -a non NATO member- that NATO rules do not apply.

    I told you before.
It was a genocide on an industrial way, aided by the computer power of the Americans.

They did not just meet him. They build an organization with him as leader which included plans to get rid of Poles.

The US flat out lied to the entire world about them so called WMD's in Iraq to invade it. That set of a total disaster of getting 100,000's of people killed and millions in the run. They caused ISIS to spawn in their deliberate ways to create total anarchy by disbanding all the authorities there. Lets also not forget that the US went to war in Afghanistan to get rid of Al Qaida. They did that in 3 weeks. The other 20 years they did nothing but massacre around the indigenous population that didn't want their foreign culture, with no kind of authority to do so.

So just because one country has an authorian leader, and the other one is democratic.... well it means utterly nothing.

Why? The Crimea never was part of Ukraine until the USSR found it rather practical. Ethnic Russians are by far the most dominant ethnic group. As far as people can tell, Ukrainians never were a dominant group there. The same thing with the de facto separated regions in the east of Ukraine. They are full with ethnic Russians. Why does America / the west get to have a say what side of the border an Ethnic Russian gets to live?

You are getting a little over board. Ukraine can not become a NATO member while it is in a military conflict with a nother country..
The illegal occupation of the Crimea by Russia and the Dombras make it impossible. So forget about your WWIII hysteria.

You mean. I posted in post 378, a reminder you that you dragged in the US administered territory in Europe... and that was done with an invasion. So you got no argument to dispute that Korea wasn't invaded.

You're telling nothing new. They just agreed what parts should belong to who, like the UK and France agreed Germany gets Sudetenland. The US supported it. Totally "normal".

Please list war crimes with dates committed by Bandera, or anyone who was under his command.

In legal, one paragraph that meets an exception is enough. NATO members are not stupid, they are not going to do anything if something doesn’t look genuine.

There were numerous companies that were doing business with Nazis, not just IBM. At the time they had a variety of crazy governments around the world - real empires, kingdoms, communists, fascists, Nazis, you name it. They tried to make money off everyone.
What did the US government do that lead to Holocaust?

For one, with Budapest Memorandum we cannot legally recognize any territorial changes to Ukraine. That’s the bare minimum.

Historical incorrect, the Crimea belongs to the Ukraine, Russia/Soviet Union has occupied it for a long time, which was corrected by the Soviet Union. When the Soviet Union collapsed, Ukraine became a independent Country, which included the Crimea.

If we would go by ethnic groups, we would have to re-draw all maps/borders of Europe, what a mess that would be.
The difference between the European Nations and Russia, we have accepted the status quo and consider the borders between our countries as untouchable. The argument, there are mostly Russians living there to justify a land grab, is as dumb as it goes.
History shows that the Soviet Union used Russian population to sure plant native population, forced immigration so to speak. To use this now for territorial demands or explaining why it is correct what Russia does, well, is rather wild.
I understand why Russia had to occupy the Crimea, its military, Sevastopol, the largest Navy port of Russia which is 365 ice free and gives it a short transit to the Meds. Financially it is a disaster, because Russia has now to support it 365, cut of from its Main land, borders closed. It does not matter, because of its military importants.

The UK and France never joined Nazi Germany in destroying another state, as did the USSR. The French and Brits were merely foolish and credulous. The US was a non-player.

It is impossible to return Crimea to Ukraine. Local residents do not want to be Ukrainians. According to Ukrainian law, they do not have the right to use their native language officially .... if you know what I mean. This is America, waving its flag, can come to any country and establish its laws with bombs. Russia respects the law and cannot send a soldier with the emblem of Russia to another country. Therefore, the peacekeepers were unknown - without identifying marks, while Crimea was officially Ukrainian and had not held its own referendum. At least it's honest.
Annexation of Crimea to the Russian Empire The annexation of Crimea to the Russian Empire - the annexation in 1783 of the territory of the Crimean Khanate by the Russian Empire during Potemkin's military campaign to "pacify the Crimea" in 1782-1783, after the abdication of the last Crimean Khan Shahin Giray under pressure from Potemkin's representatives. In 1784, the Tauride Region was formed on the annexed territory. April 19, the day when the manifesto was signed on the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Empire, is one of the memorable dates in Russia.
After changing hands several times during the Russian Civil War, Crimea was part of the Russian SFSR from 1921, and then was transferred to the Ukrainian SSR in 1954
Not a word about Ukraine until the time it became part of the USSR. If it is too much to look for justice, then to return to the Ottoman Empire all its lands and Crimea in one. :)

Jeez, what a horrible prospect - being bilingual! Are you saying Russians are too stupid to learn another language? I never realized IQs had such a steep drop across the eastern border of Ukraine!

Ethnic cleansing and brainwashing of Crimean residents by the Kremlin are no excuse for your theft of Ukrainian territory.

    And.
It was transferred by the Soviet back to the Main Land called Ukraine 1954. They made it part of the modern Ukraine, which does not give Russia, the successor of the Soviet Union the right, to just occupy it in an act of war, 60 years later.
    That makes Russia the aggressor.

Last time I checked, the US seems to be rather eager to get Ukraine to be a NATO member.
And there is a way to solve that issue about the Crimea and Dombras... it's with a war.
