To be honest, that's what I heard too, and found myself underwhelmed after the build up.

 

You have to understand liberal thinking, one person is a legion when it comes to disagreeing with liberal thinking, they simply have no concept of scope or scale.

 

Yeah ..lol I didnt spend 4 years in the military, 2 of those years in Light Infantry... If you were in the military and say that G.I's were well versed in politcs then your full shiat. I did not assume when I sid what I said.. I lived it.

I am just curious if they would stand by that statement if there was another angle which showed the booer himself to be military.

I never said they were "well-versed" in politics, but I could easily tell which side of the political spectrum most infantry Marines would fall on. They were mostly conservative Christians. Is this really surprising to you? That conservatives would make up the majority of the Marine infantry? Or do you honestly think that the snooty, spoiled progressive brats who populate this forum and the elite universities all over the country are knocking down the doors at the recruiting offices asking to be sent to the front lines?

Again since when is homosexuality an American "ideal"? Yes we are created equal, what the individual does with that is the question. There is no valid reason for us as a society or country to support and sanction homosexuality. If some want to engage in it that is their choice, but we as a society have no obligation to support and sanction it.

 

What else would you expect from the party of small government, pro-life, and liberty; obviously they should support government murder, letting people die who dont need to, and job discrimination based on sexual orientation.
