Lone Star is not a bad beer.I oughta know.I probably drank enough beer
in me lifetime to fill an entire swimming pool.Shriner may be slightly better.
However I gave beer up about 7years ago.I went back to my true love
    of Good Red Wine.

Here's a video about Shrek. In this video a guy in a Shrek costume shows up and scares a bunch of kids at a kids' party.

Before watching this video I never knew that Shrek could be actually scary to some people.

    Poor kids.

This makes me jealous. My part of the country isn't big on beach bars for obvious reasons. I could find some dive somewhere to hear bad to mediocre music and order up booze and grub, but the atmosphere would not be anything like that on a nice beach.

I believe my younger brother has a couple of photos, One was with my lead guitarist Mike ''Eppy'' Epstien, He was was inducted into the rock Hall of fame a couple of years ago,,,[ugly SOB] but sure could play,,,hahahahah. He also owned My FATHERS PLACE here on the Island years ago,,names like Billy Joel and many more had their early days there.
We weren't great, just average. However for the Mountain gigs we were perfect...You could have considered us a Wedding Band as well. Backed up Tom Jones on a few of his earlier gigs, he was a favorite of mine, a very regular guy.

Then he was offered The Ed Sullivan show and asked me what it was like over there...I said...''How the Hell do I know, we couldn't get on Soupy Sales''...LOL
I was around nineteen or so then, so dont laugh if I get the photos...I had like Sal Minieo hair then,,,hahahahah. Later I went Long hair,,sort of. We could not get too nuts for our gigs, we had to be neat. Even wore suits many times,we had matching Blue ones I remember,,hahahah. In those days we were not into video stuff much, I do not even remember what most people had. I do remember the Tape recording machines we used back then at practice, they were HUGE, all electronics were at that time.
    L O N G time ago Babe,,,,,LOL

It's not the little things in life, it's those little idiosyncrasies, such as:

How Impertinent. The weather is NEVER individual or personal.
There is No Such thing as " I have had decent weather ". No such a beast of
burden. You might be able to pull off ... ' I was fortunate enough to have decent
weather. ' But it's best to just write ' the weather was decent '. Or ' decent enough '.
No call at all for the personal pronoun { I ,first person } in regards to Mother nature.
    You're just askin' for trouble.

You are correct in saying " I've enjoyed real nice weather today. "
However if you said " I had real nice weather today " you would err.
Because weather is NOT Individual. The weather never effects a sole
human.I don't care if the weather produced a single tornado which managed to
chase down a country road some old timer and knocked him to the ground.
The weather doesn't know from weather. The weather Just IS.
Weather is about THE most Impersonal phenomena, one you humans will
ever experience.A human has a more personal relationship with a
gnat on a sticky Saturday night.
To personalize weather is like personalizing ones boogers.
Humans don't sit around and plot the size and scope and importance of
their boogers.Well maybe the Dimocrats do.
But not normal humans. Is the point.
