Yeah, me too. But having the week off should help. Plus, I have a job interview Thursday so I have to be well for that, lol.

Absoultely, I will - but then, I have a dog!

I'll go to someplace like Outback, Logan's, Lone Star - one of the steak places - and order a porterhouse steak instead of a ribeye, just so I can have the bone to take home to the dog.

We have a refrigerator in the garage that we refer to as "The Morgue" - because that's where leftover to-go boxes go to die. After a couple of days and no one has touched it - the canine garbage disposal gets it. He loves steakhouse leftovers, likes Italian from Olive Garden, and will eat Mexican, but it gives him horrid gas!

I have a fan in the computer room upstairs that circulates air around the room. The dog likes to lay in front of the fan, because he's a longhair Golden Retriever, and the breeze keeps him cool. This is not a bad thing, except for when he's had Mexican. He'll let a SBD, and the entire upstairs will reek with the pungent aroma of dog poo!

He is a rotten, rotten dog. I just had a Red Baron cheese pizza for a late supper, and he probably got 3/8th of my dinner! He is so rotten, that when I go to McDonald's early on a Saturday morning to buy breakfast for the family, not only does he get to ride along, but he also gets two sausage biscuits with strawberry jam! Plus, he gets whatever he can mooch off of the family - part of an Egg McMuffin, last bite of a chicken biscuit.

But anyway - yes, I ask for a doggie bag everytime I have leftovers in a restaurant! :)

Morning troops! Rainy here, would be a great day to stay home.

Sorry you're feeling under the weather, Smartie....hubby came home from the deer woods with a cold, too. He also came home with meat for the freezer. The hunter/gatherer.

Doggie bags....I have no problem taking leftovers home, if it's really going to be useful. While in Galveston, we each had an omelet for breakfast one morning and they were so big, we asked for foil to wrap half of them up, put 'em in the saddle bags and then to the fridge in the condo. They made a great breakfast the morning we were leaving.

Cadet Thanksgiving this Thursday....I'm gonna be worn out by the end of the day, but it's worth it. Some of our kids don't get to go home for the holiday, so the Air Force family helps out.

I keep meaning to ask you about this, and always forget.....a friend my husband met on a recent motorcycle trip is from Australia. He sent a package not too long ago with a rally t-shirt and a tube of VEGEMITE. I'm sure you know what this is. I was afraid to taste it, but it's not bad, really. Kind of a nutty taste. Anyway, just wondering if that's a common purchase for folks in Australia? It's made by Kraft.

I wish! For some reason, they tend to frown on me sleeping at my desk *shrugs*

I think we need a 'siesta' time each day.

Its hard to believe that 'our' grandson is almost a year old, Kimi. How time flies.
Now, if his nonnie only had as much energy as he.

See now, if I was sitting across from your nephew and he ordered like that I definitely would laugh. I hate the runny snot stuff. Skeeevy!

Runny eggs remind me of this song.
    I love this song!

Same here, g/f. I consider myself lucky to have met all you guys. It's nice to know if I broke down in Jackson, Wyoming, I could call OT for help! LOL, just an example... but I'm sure you know what I mean. No downside to knowing lots of good folks!

Heard this tonight... and wanna hear it again:
