Being targetted by UN resolutions is utterly meaningless given the abusrd nature of the UN . If the Palestinians do so badly out of violence then they really ought to stop playing that game
I think they often feel that they do worse out of peace. That they don't have so much to lose from war anymore and everything to gain. I view it as an act of despair. If my options are commit suicide or go out fighting. I might as well have some revenge. What future can these people see for themselves? They'll keep fighting in my opinion. They used to. Up until we invaded. Then they changed sides. Lefties hate everyone. Everyone. They criticise every one. Not just Israel. Everyone. It reinforces their self superiority to despise others. I don't worry about it.
They could always make a radical move and rescind their declaration of war against Israel, strike the violent destruction of same from their official charters and try to make peace. Nah, too extreme. better continue the previous mistakes they have done.
What difference will that make? They started peaceful but the choice was never their's alone to make. They were invaded. "War" was declared on them, not the other way round. Declaring peace with Israel only makes their losses come quicker. They must resist as hard as they can to prevail.
My opinion is slightly different (it took 68 years for you to come to such conclusions). It tool 68 years for someone to realize that the 'Terrorists' are following the wrong path.
